How to use the food warmer for the first time?

Before first use, heat the empty appliance for about 20 minutes with the door open to eliminate production fumes and odors. Then you can use it normally.

What voltage is required?

The appliance operates on 110-120 V or 230 V depending on the model, at 50/60 Hz. Check the rating plate on the side of the machine for the exact voltage.

Can I use this appliance outdoors?

No, use is strictly for indoor use. The appliance must not be exposed to moisture or water.

How to clean the food warmer?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely. Clean the surfaces with a damp cloth. Never immerse the main body or cord in water.

What to do if the appliance suddenly turns off?

This may be due to the water level protection: the tank is empty. Turn off the appliance, fill with water and turn on again. If the problem persists, contact support.

Is it safe to leave the appliance unattended?

It is not recommended to leave the appliance unattended. In case of overheating or malfunction, immediately unplug the power.

How to install the appliance?

Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface with an inclination of less than 3°. Leave a space of at least 20 cm between the ventilation slot and the wall. Use a grounded outlet and a suitable residual current device.

What does the 'water level protection' message mean?

Important Safeguards

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed, including the following.

7. Unplug main power cord from outlet while not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool, clean and cover the unit and store in a safe place if not being used for a long time.
8. To avoid any risk of electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or machine into water or other liquid.
9. This appliance must be grounded to make sure safe.

Note: Water level protection will shut down machine power, when water may lack. You need to turn off machine and refill water first, then turn on machine.
