How to clean the cooking plate?

Use a cloth, warm water and a mild commercial detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and brushes that scratch the surface. Never put the plate in the dishwasher.

Is the plate compatible with induction cooktops?

Yes, if your plate is made of ferromagnetic steel. It works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops.

What is the maximum temperature of the plate?

The maximum temperature is 500 °F (260 °C). Do not exceed this limit to avoid damaging the plate.

Do I need to season it before first use?

Yes. Before first use, remove the packaging, clean the plate, spread a little oil with paper towel, then heat. A slight smoke or smell may occur, it's normal.

Can I use metal utensils on the plate?

No, use wooden or silicone utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick coating. Spatulas or sharp tools are not recommended.

How to attach the provided handles?

Place the screws inside the plate and the nuts outside, then tighten the handles. Make sure they are securely attached before each use.

Can the plate go in the oven?

No, do not use this product as an oven. It is designed for stovetop cooking only. Excessive heat could deform it.

Can I leave the plate unattended while cooking?

No, never leave the plate unattended while in use. Keep a fire extinguisher nearby and keep children and pets away.

How to store the plate after use?

Let the plate cool completely, clean it, dry it thoroughly, then store it in a dry and clean place. Do not store it while it is hot.

What to do if the plate deforms?

A slight deformation due to uneven heat source is normal and does not affect use. In case of significant deformation, contact Vevor technical service via www.vevor.com/support.

The warnings and instructions reviewed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. 1. DO NOT let children, minors, or pets get close to or touch the machine.
2. DO NOT touch the hot surface directly with your hands. Must use anti-slip gloves.

23. This machine is intended for domestic cooking only. It is not designed for commercial or industrial purposes.

25. Perishable food, plastic items and aerosols may be affected by heat and should not be stored above or below the machine unit.

SAFETY OF FOOD

The safety of food is a key part for enjoying the outdoor cooking. To keep from harmful bacteria, read these three basic steps:

1. Clean: Use HOT SOAPY water to wash hands, utensils, and surfaces before and after contacting raw meat and poultry.
2. Separate: To avoid cross contamination, separate raw meats and poultry from ready-to-eat foods. Use a clean platter and utensils when removing cooked foods.
3. Cook: Make sure meat and poultry are cooked thoroughly to kill bacteria. You can use a thermometer to test proper internal food temperatures.

PRODUCT USE

Before using the appliance for the first time, peel off any promotional material and packaging materials, and check that the cooking plates are clean and free of any residue. If necessary, wipe them over with a damp cloth. Spread over with an absorbent kitchen towel and wipe off any excess oil. When your product is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor, which is normal for many products and does not affect the safety of your product.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

1. Ensure product cooling before cleaning.
2. Product can be cleaned using a dishcloth, warm water and a common detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, and wire wool and brushes these may scratch the surface.
3. Before storage, always make sure the product is cool and dry.
4. Store the appliance in a dry and clean area.

ATTENTION! The product cannot be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning!

TIPS

1. Food should be dried with a clean towel or oil absorbent paper to prevent oil splashing.
2. Pay attention to the food status and flip the noodles in a timely manner.
3. After each cooking, clean and maintain the product promptly after it cools down.
4. It is not advisable to cook at excessively high temperatures to avoid burning the ingredients. Overheating the oven can cause the frying paste to deform or be damaged due to excessive heating.
5. Do not use a shovel or other sharp tools to scrape the frying paste, as this may cause scratching.

CAUTION: Take care when frying food in hot oil or fat, as the overheated splashes could easily ignite.
