How to clean the grill plate?

Let the plate cool down, then clean it with a cloth, warm water and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and the dishwasher.

Why is there smoke during first use?

It is normal for a slight smoke or smell to appear during the first heating. This is due to manufacturing residues. Wipe the plate with a damp cloth before use.

What is the maximum temperature of the plate?

The maximum temperature is 260 °C (500 °F). Do not exceed this limit to avoid damaging the product.

Can I use the plate indoors?

Yes, but ensure good ventilation. The plate can emit smoke and heat. Do not use it in a confined space.

How to assemble the handles?

Attach the handles with the provided screws and nuts. The screws go inside the product, the nuts outside. Tighten firmly before each use.

Is the plate compatible with all types of stoves?

This plate is designed to be placed on a combustion surface (gas, charcoal, etc.). Do not use it on an induction or electric stove.

What to do if the plate warps slightly?

Slight warping is normal in case of uneven heat source. It does not affect cooking. Avoid overheating to limit this phenomenon.

How to store the plate after use?

Let it cool completely, clean it, dry it and store it in a dry and clean place. Do not cover it while still hot.

Can the plate be repaired?

What foods can I cook on this plate?

18. DO NOT CLEAN IT WITH ANY ABRASIVE MATERIAL.

20. DO NOT wear loose clothing, and ensure that long hair is tied back when around the machine when it is hot or in use.

22. Ensure the product has a minimum of 2 meters overhead clearance and a minimum of 2 meters clearance from other surrounding items.
23. This machine is intended for domestic cooking only. It is not designed for commercial or industrial purposes.
24. Never use plastic or aluminum foil dishes on the machine.
25. Perishable food, plastic items, and aerosols may be affected by heat and should not be stored above or below the machine unit.
26. Do not place clothes above the machine and avoid using it as a clothes dryer.

SAFETY OF FOOD

The safety of food is a key part for enjoying outdoor cooking. To keep from harmful bacteria, read these three basic steps:

1. Clean: Use HOT SOAPY water to wash hands, utensils, and surfaces before and after contacting raw meat and poultry.
2. Separate: To avoid cross contamination, separate raw meats and poultry from ready-to-eat foods. Use a clean platter and utensils when removing cooked foods.
3. Cook: Make sure meat and poultry are cooked thoroughly to kill bacteria. You can use a thermometer to test proper internal food temperatures.

PRODUCT USE

Before using the appliance for the first time, peel off any promotional material and packaging materials, and check that the cooking plates are clean and free of debris. If necessary, wipe them over with a damp cloth. Spread over with an absorbent kitchen towel and wipe off any excess oil. When your product is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor, which is normal for many products and does not affect the safety of your product.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

1. Ensure the product cools down before cleaning.
2. The product can be cleaned using a dishcloth, warm water, and a mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, wire wool, and brushes as these may scratch the surface.
3. Before storage, always make sure the product is cool and dry.
4. Store the appliance in a dry and clean area.

ATTENTION! The product cannot be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning!

TIPS

1. Food should be dried with a clean towel or oil-absorbent paper to prevent oil splashing.
2. Pay attention to the food status and flip the noodles in a timely manner.
3. After each cooking, clean and maintain the product promptly after it cools down.
4. It is not advisable to cook at excessively high temperatures to avoid burning the ingredients. Overheating the oven can cause the frying pan to deform or be damaged due to excessive heating.
5. Do not use a shovel or other sharp tools to scrape the frying pan, as this may scratch it.

CAUTION: Take care when frying food in hot oil or fat, as the overheated splashes could easily ignite.
