GENERAL SAFETY RULES

SAFTETY INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure safe and efficient operation, it is essential to read and fol each of these warnings and precautions.

1. DO NOT smoke near pump or use pump near an open flame. Fi result.
2. Disconnect power to pump before servicing pump.
3. Turn off the switch before connecting power.
4. Take motors needing service to an authorized repair shop or return factory to maintain.
5. A filter should be used on pump outlet to ensure that no foreign is transferred to fuel tank.
6. Tank or barrel should be anchored to prevent tipping in both the fu empty conditions

WARNING

1. This product should not be used for fluid transfer into aircraft. This product is not suited for used with fluids for human consumption or the containing water.

2. For DC pump extreme operating condition with working cycles long than 30 minutes can cause the motor temperature to rise, thus damage the motor itself. Each 30-minute working cycle should always be followed by a 30-minute power-off cooling phase.

3. Use PTFE tape on all pipe threads.
4. DO NOT RUNN DRY OVER 30 SECONDS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

These products are positive displacement. Rotary vane pumps. Depend on installation and viscosity, these pumps can deliver up to 30L/Min. rugged design makes for a long life of dependability.

NOTE: FLUID COMPATIBILITY

These products are compatible with the following fluids:

Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene & Mineral Spirits

Do Not use with other fluids without consulting manufacturer.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Before electrical installation, ensure all parts are well installed, connected, grounded well sealed.
2. Place the switch into the OFF position to prevent accidental spillage once power engaged to the motor.
3. Pass the electrical wires to the power source and make sure the alligator clips a correctly connect to the negative (-) or positive (+) poles on the power source.
4. Open the fueling nozzle to fuel equipment.
5. When fueling is complete, return the nozzle to its storage position and turn off the

"I": pump ON and flow move by the arrow direction.

“O”: pump OFF.

As shown in the figure: Use the hex wrench to assemble the re accessories in the corresponding position, tighten the bolts, so that is fixed firmly.

COMMON TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom	Cause	Cure
Pump won’t prime	Suction line problem	Check for leaks or restrictions in suction
	Bypass valve open	Remove and inspect valve; must move and be free of debris
	Vanes sticking	Check vanes and rotor slots for nicks, and wear
	Excessive rotor or var wear	Inspect rotor and vanes for excessive w damage; replace if necessary
	System blockages	Check filter and bypass valve for debris remove nozzle and test flow with pump
Low capacity	Excessive dirt in scree	Remove and clean screen
	Suction line problems	Check for leaks or restrictions in suction
	Bypass valve sticking	Remove and inspect valve; must move and be free of debris
	Outlet blocked	Check pump outlet hose, nozzle, and fill blockage
	Vanes sticking	Check vanes and rotor slots for wear; if necessary
	Excessive rotor or var wear	Inspect rotor and vanes for excessive w damage; replace if necessary
	Hose or nozzle damag	Replace hose or nozzle
	Plugged filter	Replace filter
	Low fluid level	Fill tank
Motor overheats	Clogged screen	clean screen
	Restricted suction pipe	Remove and clean pipe
	Motor failure	Contact your local supplier for repair or replace
	Pump rotor lock-up	Clean and check pump rotor and vanes
