How to use my red light therapy belt?

Place the belt on the area to be treated and secure it with the straps. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on. Select the energy level (L0 to L4) and set the timer (5 to 30 min). Press again to start. To turn off, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.

What is the difference between modes L0 to L4?

The modes correspond to light intensity: L0 is the lowest, L4 the highest. Choose a comfortable level. Start with a low level if you are a beginner.

Can I use the belt if I have a pacemaker?

No, use is prohibited for pacemaker wearers as the device may interfere with their operation.

How to clean the belt?

Clean the light-emitting surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse in water. Make sure the ports are clean to avoid loss of efficiency.

Can I look directly at the LEDs?

No, never look directly at the LEDs, especially with optical instruments. Wear the provided protective glasses to protect your eyes.

How long does a treatment session last?

The timer can be set from 5 to 30 minutes per session. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations and adjust according to your comfort.

Does the belt emit visible light?

Yes, the 630 nm and 660 nm LEDs emit visible red light. The 850 nm LEDs are infrared and invisible to the naked eye, but you can see them through a phone's camera.

Can I use it on multiple body parts?

Yes, the belt is flexible and designed to fit different areas such as abdomen, back, thighs, etc. Secure it with the provided elastic straps.

How to know if the belt is working properly?

Turn on the belt: the LEDs should light up (visible for red). If no light appears, check the connections and power supply. Use your phone's camera to check the infrared LEDs.
