How to assemble the Vevor JY-MY-PSL-12 pizza oven?

Follow the provided manual: assemble the legs (front and rear) with the connection plates, install the wheels on the axle, fix the chimney and the hood, then screw the handles. Use the provided wrenches (M8 and adjusting) to tighten the nuts.

What type of gas to use and how to connect the cylinder?

Use a standard propane or butane cylinder equipped with a compatible regulator. Connect the hose to the oven's inlet fitting (threaded) and tighten with a wrench. Check for leaks with soapy water before first use.

Where to install the pizza oven?

Place it outdoors on a stable and level surface, at least 3 meters away from any structure or flammable material (wood, plastic, vegetation). Never use it under an awning or ceiling.

How to light the oven?

Open the cylinder valve, turn the oven control knob to the ignition position (usually marked with a flame), and press the piezo ignition button. If necessary, use a long-reach lighter. Adjust the flame according to desired cooking.

What are the essential safety instructions?

Never leave the oven unattended while in use. Keep children away as surfaces become very hot. Do not move the appliance while operating. Turn off the gas cylinder after each use. Do not store a gas cylinder inside the oven.

How to clean the oven after use?

Wait until the oven has completely cooled down. Remove the plates and grills to wash them with soapy water. For the pizza stone, scrape off residues dry with a wire brush. Clean the inside of the oven with a damp cloth, without abrasive products.

Can the oven be used in rain or wind?

It is not recommended to use the oven in the rain (risk of corrosion and flame extinction). In strong wind, place the oven in a sheltered location, but still outdoors, to prevent the flame from going out.

What is the maximum temperature reached?

The oven can reach about 400°C, which is ideal for fast pizza cooking (2-3 minutes). Use an oven thermometer to monitor the temperature if necessary.
