If the appliance is positioned against walls, partitions, kitchen equipment, decorative panels, etc., it is recommended that these equipment and facilities be made of non-combustible materials, otherwise they should covered with appropriate non-combustible insulation materials and pay close attention to the fire regulations.

◆ The installation location of gas equipment should be in a well-ven place, and exhaust facilities should be installed to ensure that steam exhaust gas after combustion are discharged during operation.

◆ Please do not modify the necessary air intakes and smoke vents combustion to avoid safety accidents.

◆ The equipment is only suitable for low-pressure gas regulator, illegal of high and medium pressure regulator may cause property damage or safety accidents.

◆ Fire warning:

Smell gas: any source of fire must be strictly prohibited, do not ignite equipment, do not touch any electronic switch, do not use any telephone your building.

If there is gas smell, please close the main gas valve, call the main call for professional maintenance. The control knob of the gas valve can only be operated by hand. The tool control knob cannot be used. If the cannot be turned by hand, do not force it to turn or try to fix it. After installation of your griddle, immediately contact your local gas supplier to obtain information in the event the user of your equipment smells gas. This information must be posted in a prominent location.

RETAIN THIS MANUAL FOR FUTURE USE

1. The installation of this equipment should be done by professional
2. The connection equipment must comply with the gas safety, installation and use regulations.
3. The equipment should be installed separately or in combination with other equipment according to the specified scope.
4. The device is not suitable for embedded installation. Otherwise, the equipment will work under Severe hypoxia conditions and the discharge combustion products will be excessively exceeded, which will seriously endanger the health of the workers and even fatal accidents.

13. If the pipeline pressure is higher or lower than the rated pressure required by this equipment by 15%, an adjuster is required to ensure the rated pressure is reached.

Upon receipt of this stove, inspect it thoroughly for any damage which may have occurred o during shipment.If damage is observe contact the delivery agency immediately.

1.Clearances And Ventilation: This griddle is designed for installation non-combustible locations with 0 mm, clearance from sides and back; combustible locations with 200mm clearance sides and back.

Keep equipment area free and clear from combustibles.

The area in front of, and above the griddle must be clear to avoid obstruction of flow of combustion and ventilation air. Means must be provided for adequate air supply and adequate clearance for air open into the combustion chamber.

Adequate clearances must be provided in front and sides of the grid servicing and proper operation.

It is important that the griddle be installed under an exhaust hood w adequate to remove the products of combustion and cooking vapors.

Sufficient make-up air must also be provided to the space where the griddle is located to replace that removed through the exhaust hood.

1. Installation of gas source: For natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas, the type of gas required must be in the order specified. Natural gas liquefied petroleum gas have different pressures. When customers use different gas pressures and switch nozzles, different nozzles must be

purchased separately. After the gas source is converted, the nameplate needs to be updated to the corresponding gas source nameplate. List nozzles. IMPORTANT: Check all gas connections for leaks, using a soap and solution.

DO NOT USE AN OPEN FLAME FOR CHECKING PURPOSES

1. Connect the inlet pipe 1/2 BSPT joint on the rear of the unit valve body outlet of the air source with a metal pipe or a PVC hose. Note: The length of PVC hose should not exceed 1.5m, avoid pressure of the gas source is too long due to excessive PVC hose; regularly check the PVC hose. If it is found to be hardened, it necessary to replace the PVC hose in time. It is recommended that PVC hose be required within two years. Make a replacement; the cyl used should not be larger than 320mm in diameter, 680mm in height the maximum filling is less than or equal to 14.9kg.

5. Lighting And Relighting Of STOVE:

1) Manual models: lightly press knob and anticlockwise turn to “☆”, deeply press knob again and keep for 2-5 minutes, see Pic1

2) After 2 to 5 minutes to maintain the above operating position, Tur lighter valves and light pilots. if not ignited Repeat Press the igniter (Repeat Operation Step 1) and 2).
3) if the pilot burns, continue to hold the press position for 5-10 sec then release the press, observe whether the flame state. repeat opera step 2) if the flame is extinguished.
4) After the pilot is in the burning state, continue to rotate the butto counterclockwise, select the appropriate flame size or temperature.
5) to be completely closed, turn the knob to the initial state and the identification on the knob is perpendicular to the ground plane.

6. Care And Maintenance:

Contact factory, factory representative, or a local service company to perform maintenance and repairs.

Please Note: Contact factory before any warranty repairs are made.

1) To clean griddle plate, use warm water, a mild cleanser and scouri

pad.

2) At least once per day, clean and empty grease pan.
3) Periodically, but not less than once every 3 months, clean burner cusing warm water and wire brush. Make sure equipment is cold before removing burners and orifices.
