2. The product is designed scientifically and properly in structure, energy-saving, clean, and better fresh-keeping with direct cooling structure design, featuring fast cooling and uniform temperature inside.

The glass case is made of closely lapped hot-bent safety glass sheet, thoroughly transparent. Products in this series feature a good-looking appearance, practicality, proper design, fast refrigeration, low power consumption, low noise, healthiness, and uniform temperature.

1. All materials, components, and refrigeration units for the product are sourced from internationally professional famous brand manufacturers to ensure their quality.
2. The product adopts direct cooling copper tube polyurethane integral foam, which is safe, electricity-saving, nice-looking, widely applied, and makes the counter face temperature more uniform.
3. This product has a humanized design and increases the display function of the commodities. It is nice and decent, so it plays a certain decorative effect in the places where it is used.
4. II. Cautions

1. Must use a separate single-phase triple-pole power socket with the earth port (E) reliably earthed. Note: do not use running water or gas as the earthing terminal. Otherwise, if the electric system has troubles, there is no earthing protection, which will threaten personal and property safety. Remember that our company will not bear any responsibilities for accidents and losses caused by electric damage due to non-compliance with the above requirement when operating and using.
2. Do not directly put the power line on the passage. There should be a trough plate with certain strength for shielding or a groove with a cover to avoid damage from heavy loads and sharp tools.
3. Never put hazards that are volatile, corrosive, radioactive, flammable, explosive, poisonous, or polluting the food in the cabinet.
4. Remember to cut off the power before cleaning the product or changing the lamp. Do not rinse it to avoid the electrical appliance being damp, soaked, or having other accidents.
5. Once the product has electric and refrigeration system troubles, non-professional electricians and personnel without sufficient refrigeration technology and rich experience shall not randomly fiddle with, disassemble, or repair it, to avoid causing more serious accidents and even data loss that will lead to more losses.

III. Precautions for use

1. Push and place gently when carrying, with inclination not exceeding

degrees.

1. The product should be placed in a well-ventilated area, kept away from heat and dust. Direct sun exposure should be avoided as it may affect the refrigeration effect. The ground should be even and firm. The distance of the cabinet's periphery from walls and other objects should be no less than 10 cm to ensure good heat radiation from the condenser. The showcase should be placed in a designated area to prevent displacement due to external force.
2. The showcase should be operated for a period of time to confirm that the refrigeration system is in normal condition before each use. After the temperature inside is reduced to the normal level, food can be placed into the refrigeration tray for refrigeration.
3. Do not place too much hot food on the showcase's surface, as this may cause an instantaneous overload.
4. For long-term discontinuation, clean the product thoroughly inside and out. Then dry it and place it in a dry, cool, and ventilated area. Check frequently to prevent damage from rats. When restarting the equipment, check the electrical lines to see if they have been bitten or damaged by rats. After strict inspection and confirmation, the equipment can be restarted for use.
5. Non-professionals shall not randomly open or replace components or electrical elements in the freezer and refrigeration units.
6. Ask professional maintenance personnel to replace damaged power cords to avoid danger.
7. If you cannot repair the failure by yourself, please ask professional personnel to resolve it in a timely manner, or inform our technical personnel to repair the failure.

IV. Common Faults and Troubleshooting

If you think the product has problems, check and troubleshoot according to the following table. If the problem persists, please contact our company or sales department. Non-professionals should not randomly dismantle or

maintain product structures, electrical elements, or the refrigeration system. Checking and troubleshooting must be done by professional technicians; otherwise, accidents may easily occur, leading to greater losses. Once the product is found to be electrified, cut off the power immediately and then contact professionals for inspection and repair.

V. Non-faults

1. When the compressor operates, the surface will be hot. In normal compressor operation, the surface temperature will be high. This is a normal phenomenon. Do not touch with hands.
2. There is moisture condensation on the glass surface. With high environment temperature and humidity, it is easy for dewdrops to appear on the external surface of the glass. Please wipe it dry timely using soft cloth or start the heating wire demisting function.
3. The room temperature is lower than the controlling temperature of the temperature controller, so the compressor breaks down. Because the room temperature is lower than the temperature of the temperature controller, the data collected by the temperature sensor is not enough to start the compressor.
