How to use the TT-450 toaster for the first time?

Before first use, check that the local voltage matches the appliance. Plug it in, the green light turns on. Set speed to "3" and turn the gear knob to the bread position (heat). Preheat for 10 to 12 minutes until the temperature reaches 284°C. Then place 2 slices of bread on the conveyor to test the color. Adjust speed if necessary.

What are the essential safety precautions?

Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles. Never immerse the appliance in water. Always unplug after use and before cleaning. Ensure the appliance is grounded and use a residual current device. Keep out of reach of children under 8 years old.

How to clean the toaster?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely. Clean the cooking surface with a soft cloth or sponge soaked in mild detergent. Never use a metal brush, abrasive or corrosive product. Do not immerse the appliance in water.

What is the capacity of the TT-450?

The TT-450 can toast between 450 and 500 slices of bread per hour, making it suitable for professional or high-capacity use.

Can the toaster be used with an extension cord?

Yes, but the extension cord must have a power rating at least equal to that of the appliance (1770 W or 2600 W depending on the version). It must be arranged so that it does not hang and must be of a grounded type if the appliance is grounded.

What if the power cord is damaged?

Do not use the appliance anymore. The cord must be replaced only by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or a qualified person, with a specialized cord, to avoid any danger.

Can I toast sweet foods with this toaster?

No, it is not recommended to reheat foods containing sugar, as they can become liquid and damage the appliance. Use it only for bread or unsweetened pastries.

How to adjust the toasting color?

Use the speed knob (D): a slower speed (position "1") gives a darker color, a faster speed (position "3") gives a lighter color. You can also adjust temperature with the gear knob (E).

What does the green light mean?

The green power indicator lights up when the appliance is plugged in and powered on. It indicates that the machine is ready to use.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:

When using the electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following. Read all instructions.

1. Please read the relevant instructions carefully before using the product.
2. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
5. CAUTION: Hot surfaces. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
6. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plugs, or housing in water or other liquid.
7. Please do not share the same power outlet with other high-power appliances to prevent overloading and other hazards.
8. Never touch the plate or the area around it while the product is working or immediately after use, as they are very hot and could cause burns.
9. If there is a child near the machine, take extra care. Do not leave children unattended, and place the product out of reach of children.
10. Do not allow the product to be used unattended.
11. Do not let the power cord come into contact with sharp objects or hot surfaces to avoid damaging the cord.
12. Always check the power cord and plug for damage. If you notice any signs of damage, stop using the product immediately and have it repaired or replaced by a qualified professional.
13. Do not damage, excessively bend, stretch, or twist the power cord. Do not place heavy objects on it or pinch it.
14. After use, turn the thermostat knob to the "O" position and then unplug the product from the socket to avoid electric shock or insulation aging.
15. The product should be installed in a dry, clean, well-ventilated location and placed on a level surface.
16. To ensure safety, the product must be grounded, and a leakage switch must be used to ensure personal safety; otherwise, it should not be used.
17. Please unplug the product and wait until it is completely cool before moving, checking, or cleaning it.
18. Do not insert or unplug the plug with wet hands, to avoid the risk of electric shock.
19. If a longer extension cable is used:

1) The marked electrical rating of the power cord set or extension should be at least as large as the electrical rating of the appliance; 2) The power cord should be arranged so that it does not hang over the desktop to prevent children from unintentionally pulling or tripping over it.

1. If the appliance is grounded, the extension cord should be a grounded 3-core cord.

a) A short power-supply cord should be used to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.

b) Longer extension cords are available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.

c) If a longer extension cord is used:

1) The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance; and

2) The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.

If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

Note for the first time use:

1. Please check if the power of the machine complies with your local power supply before using the machine.
2. The power light turns on after connecting the power. Press D to "3" gear. The chain network will work faster if the color is lighter.

Please turn the button to "bread" on the right side of the machine, then heat will come from both upper and lower heating tubes, and it will heat up the grain. The inside temperature of the toaster will reach 284°C in 12 minutes when bread has been put inside, then the temperature will be constant at 284°C.

1. The machine should be preheated for 10-12 minutes, then bake 1-2 slices of bread for testing and check if the color of the bread is OK or not. If it is light and you want a darker color, please adjust D to more than "3" gear (the chain network will work slower if the color of the bread is darker). After adjusting the speed of the chain network, please put the bread on the chain network. The bread will be moved inside the machine when the chain network is much easier.
2. Bread will slide to the front side bread tray from the firepot.
3. There is a back side bread tray on the back of the toaster. Please put the back tray down, the bread will slide to the back side bread tray. Please hook the back tray up after getting the bread.
4. Please adjust the gear to "BUNS" position, then only the upper heating will work when baking steamed bread. Please adjust the gear to "STBY" position when you only need the warm-up function.
5. Please turn the button to "OFF" position and pull off the plug.
6. Please do not use the machine to heat up food with sugar or food that becomes liquid after heating, or it will damage the toaster.
7. If the cable of the toaster is broken, only professional engineers can replace it with a specialized cable. Please be noted.

Care and Cleaning

1. Unplug the power cable and ensure that the product is completely cooled before cleaning and storage.
2. Clean the cooking surface with a soft cloth or sponge dampened with detergent.
3. Please do not use wire brushes, stiff brushes, or corrosive liquids, to avoid damaging the surface coating.
4. Never clean the product by sprinkling water on it or immersing it in water.
