Checks to Perform

If the + and - buttons on the control panel are unresponsive or the temperature does not change, here are the steps to follow:

  • Power Supply: Ensure that the cooler is properly connected to a 12V/24V outlet (vehicle cigarette lighter) or to the supplied 100-240V AC power adapter.
  • LCD Screen: The panel screen should display the current temperature. If it is blank or black, there is a power issue.
  • +/- Buttons: The buttons located on the front panel allow you to adjust the temperature by 1°C increments. Press firmly to check if they respond.
  • Temperature Ranges: The cooler can cool down to -20°C and heat up to +55°C. Ensure that your desired setting is within this range.
  • Low Battery: If the power supply voltage is low (especially on vehicle battery), the device may freeze or stop responding to commands. Automatic shutdown occurs when the battery is insufficient.
  • Ventilation: Make sure that the ventilation grilles are not blocked. A lack of air circulation hampers thermal regulation.

If after these checks the buttons still do not respond, this may indicate a fault with the control panel itself. Contact Vevor support with your serial number.
