1 beaten egg, 25 g of sugar, 50 ml of milk, prepared caramel, and cream. Mix all the ingredients (caramel separately), place them in the flan dish, and cover with plastic wrap.
Function Fill the reservoir, cook for 28-30 minutes in the steaming basket (ensure the egg is set), remove, and add the cream.

Gourmet touch: Add 10 g of cocoa to make a chocolate flan.
