Technical diagram showing heat transfer or cooling process with labeled components and directional arrows4 Cleaning
Before using the unit for the first time, you should clean it carefully to avoid dust and possible packaging. Then heat the grill without food and clean again.
Clean all accessories in warm dishwasher water, dry parts thoroughly. Cleaning agents can cause corrosion, also with stainless steel.
Clean the outside and inside of the barbecue with a soft, slightly moistened cloth.
For easier cleaning of the appliance, the casing can be removed, the box can be placed in the grill area to avoid damage, the box must not come into contact with the heating element, the correct positioning is achieved when the latches on the underside of the grill are inserted into the corresponding recesses in the grill area.
Contact with the heating element must be avoided in order to avoid damage; when grilling meat products, liquid is normally released from the food which must not enter the inside of the housing.
5 Operation
Note: During operation, the ceramic heating element has a dark spot in the middle because no heating wires have been installed here. However, this has no influence on the grilling result, since the radiation behaviour of the heating is diffuse and the grilling surface is evenly irradiated in the middle.
EN
Switch on the appliance and set the temperature.
To turn on the unit, press the power switch on the back of the unit. The regulator allows you to increase or decrease the temperature of the heating element. The maximum temperature is 850^ C. Press the wheel to confirm the set temperature.
After confirming the grill temperature, you can set the cooking time: The highest temperature of 850^ C is potentially dangerous, so the maximum operating time per grill is 9.5 minutes, this value can be reduced at will, and the countdown will begin when the set temperature is reached from 9:50 to 0:00.
If you wish to continue grilling, press the regulator twice, the last preset values are accepted and the grilling process continues.
Preheating
As soon as the display value fluctuates by ±20^ C from the target temperature, the heating is at operating temperature. The appliance works most effectively when the entire grill area is preheated. Therefore, it is recommended to wait another 3-5 minutes before loading the food to be grilled in order to achieve consistent and reproducible grilling results.
Grill
The usual cooking time is between one and three minutes on each side of the food, instructions for cooking different foods and meats can be found in the table „Preparation forms“.
Grilled
The usual cooking time is between one and three minutes on each side of the food, instructions for cooking different dishes and meats can be found in the table „Preparation forms“
Place the meat on the non-preheated grill and place it with the guide handle in the preheated Grill. In the following illustrations you can see the exposed grill surface in relation to the selected sliding or in relation to the distance between grill and heating:

The meat should be placed directly under the heater, but not touching. Remove the handle from the grill immediately to avoid heating the handle: Risk of injury!
When loading the grill with meat, make sure that the meat is positioned centrally under the heating element to ensure an evenly distributed crust.
To turn the meat over, you should completely remove the grill and place it on a fi reproof surface, turn the meat over and put it back in the grill, use a grill tong instead of sharp utensils to prevent the meat juice from getting into the grill.
It is recommended to heat the appliance before inserting the meat. and to restart the grilling process after reaching the set temperature in order to have enough time to grill a piece of meat from both sides in one operation.
EN
Abort grilling
If you want to cancel the process while grilling, For example to change the set temperature or turn off the appliance, press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
Leave the meat to stand.
The strong radiant heat ensures a fast temperature adjustment between 400^ C and 850^ C at a high temperature setting between 400^ C and 850^ C. For most pieces of meat, it is advisable to leave the meat to stand after strong heating, this can be in the grill room or even better in the fat tray in the lower chamber of the grill insert (resting room) at reduced temperature.
Displayed temperature
The temperature shown in the display is controlled by a high-precision temperature sensor directly in the heater, which decreases with increasing distance, since the device works mainly with radiant heat, the intensity of the heat effect depends on the surfaces, which are dark and show little reflection, heat up faster than surfaces with bright colors.
Preparation
The preparation of a steak is divided into the following steps:
- Preheating the Geräts.
- Position and insert the Fleisches.
- Grilling on one side (1-4 minutes depending on type of meat, see table)
- Grillen on the other side (1-4 minutes depending on meat type, see table)
- Kochen (selection of temperature and time see table)
Note: The use of a high temperature grill differs greatly from the use with customary. The performance per area is about ten times higher.

Clues
- In general, it is advantageous if the piece of meat still has a lot of fat, or even better a firm grain of fat.
EN
- Salt and pepper only after grilling, of course you can rub the meat with a dry cloth. A liquid marinade is not recommended.
- Butter or lard, which you can rub on the meat, improves the taste.
Roasting of vegetables
For the perfect grilled vegetables, roast vegetables like: Zucchini, eggplant, paprika, onions, etc. from both sides.
Browning/preparing a roast
Simply place the roast in the grill and prepare it for a few minutes.
To achieve the perfect roast flavour for the roast, some types of meat are suitable:
e.g. veal chops, boiled beef, roast beef, leg of lamb, etc.
Application example: 300g entrecote
- Preheat the unit to 800-850°C.
- Place the meat in the middle of the grid.
- Place in the 2nd drawer.
- After 1.5 min, remove the grille and turn the meat over.
- Place the steak further forward on the grid.
- Let it cook for 3 minutes.
When the set time has elapsed or the grilling process has been interrupted, the fans continue to run to ensure that the housing does not overheat due to the residual heat in the appliance.
The appliance may only be cleaned if the appliance is completely cooled and the protective plug has been removed from the socket and the appliance is therefore completely disconnected from the mains.
If the grill insert is heavily soiled several times, rinse the insert thoroughly with a plastic bristle rinsing brush after a sufficient reaction time. Do not use abrasives, wire brushes or steel sponges to avoid scratches and corrosion.
The grill area and the housing must be cleaned regularly and thoroughly with a slightly damp cloth, no sparse cleaners in or on the appliance, the cleaning agent should be applied to the appliance with a cloth, avoid strong mechanical stress on the heating during the cleaning process.
Note: The removable parts are made of high-quality stainless steel and are suitable for cleaning in the dish washer.
