How to turn on the Mirage 59500P induction hot plate?

Briefly press the On/Off button. The display shows a power level, indicating the appliance is heating.

What types of pots can I use?

Use flat-bottomed pots made of ferrous stainless steel, iron, or cast iron, with a diameter between 12.1 and 26 cm. Pots made of earthenware, glass, aluminum, bronze, copper, or with a metal disc on the bottom are not suitable.

How to adjust power or temperature?

Press the Power/Temperature button to switch between modes. Turn the control knob to increase or decrease the level.

How to use the timer?

Press the Timer button, the Timer indicator lights up. Turn the knob to set the time in one-minute increments. Once the cycle is complete, three beeps sound and the appliance turns off.

OverheatProtection

This induction range is equipped with an over-heat protection feature. If the temperature of the cookings surface becomes too hot, the unit will turn off. The display will flash "F5" or "F6" to indicate the equipment is in "over-heating protection" mode. After the equipment has cooled, press the ON/OFF button. If display does not show "F5" or "F6", the equipment has cooled and it is ready to resume cooking.
