2 Start the motor with the ON-OFF switch (10 Fig. 1).

Always start the motor of the coffee grinder before putting coffee beans into the bellow (running empty).
3 Position the filter-holder on the fork (8 Fig. 1). If you want to pour the coffee into anot container, remove the fork, pulling it forward with both hands (the fork is kept in position magnet) and put the container in position.
4 To reduce static electricity (present especially in some types of coffee) apply 2-3 splashes water using the spray bottle supplied on the beans ready for grinding.
5 Pour the desired quantity of coffee beans into the bellows opening (2 Fig. 1).
6 After all the coffee beans have been ground completely, tap the bellows (2 Fig. 1) with hand, making sure your palm fully covers the opening. To completely drop all the ground pull down and release 2 or 3 times the spout emptying system (9 Fig. 2).

REGULATING GRINDING
When it leaves the factory the machine has a standard setting, but it may be necessary to grinding further due to various external factors such as the type of mixture used, the humidit temperature, or the different distribution requirements.
The degree of grinding may be further corrected by turning the grinding adjustment knob (6 see Fig. 3).
• To obtain a finer grind, move the knob in a counter-clockwise direction.
• To obtain a coarser grind, move the knob in a clockwise direction.
It is possible to speed up the adjustment operations by directly turning the grinding adjust toothed disc (4 Fig. 1) (see Fig. 4 - 1, 2, 3), after having first unlocked by unscrewing pressing the unlocking button (5 Fig. 1) and moved away the adjustment block.

At the end of adjustment, remember to reposition the adjustment block and to fully tight the unlocking button (for repositioning it is not necessary to hold the button down).

Make sure that the teeth of the grinding adjustment disc mate correctly with the gear adjustment block.
