How to use the aromatic clip?

Pour one or two drops of essential oil onto the cotton pad, close the clip, insert it into the end of the hose (main unit side) and lock it by turning counterclockwise.

Can I use essential oils?

Yes, the aromatic clip is designed for essential oils. Be careful not to use too much to avoid damaging the clip.

How to clean the mat?

Unplug the device. Remove the mat by peeling off the suction cups with your fingernail. Clean it with a mild household cleaner, rinse and let it dry flat.

What to do if the remote control stops working?

Check the CR2032 battery. Replace it if necessary by opening the compartment with a coin. Make sure to point the remote control at the infrared receiver on the handle.

How long can I use the device?

The device automatically shuts off after 20 minutes. It is recommended not to exceed 30 minutes of continuous use. Wait at least 10 minutes before using it again.

Can I use bath salts?

No, do not use bath foam, bath salts or other additives. Only water.

How to install the mat in the bathtub?

Place the mat in the bathtub with the air connection at the foot end. Moisten the bottom for better suction cup adhesion. Connect the hose to the mat and to the main unit.

What to do in case of overheating?

Stop the device, unplug it and let it cool down completely before using it again. Prolonged use may cause overheating.

Is the remote control waterproof?

No, do not immerse it in water. It is equipped with a suction cup to attach it to the wall or the edge of the bathtub, but it should not get wet.

How to store the device?

Let the main unit cool down, empty and dry the mat completely. Roll or fold the mat. Store everything in the original packaging in a dry place.

1 Safety instructions

Please read the operating instructions carefully before first use and observe the safety instructions to avoid damage caused by incorrect or improper operation and impermissible ambient conditions. Keep them in a safe place for future reference.

3 Preparation

• Remove the head unit (#1.1) and all accessories from the packaging. Please check whether the product is complete and undamaged
• Ensure a pleasant room temperature in the bathroom
• Before using the product for the first time, we recommend that you thoroughly clean your bathtub so that the mat adheres better to the bathtub floor
• Make sure the head unit is not connected. Place the main unit on the floor or on a level, stable surface. Make sure that the air inlet on the underside is not covered
• Place the mat (#3) in the bathtub with the air connection on the mat at the foot end. Press down on each suction cup. Tip: The suction cups adhere better if you moisten the bottom of the bathtub with a little water
• The suction cups under the mat work perfectly on smooth and shiny tub surfaces. If your bathtub has a rough or textured surface, please ensure that it does not slip when entering the bathtub and that there is a possible danger
• Connect the end of the hose (#2.3) to the connector on the mat. Connect the end of the hose (#2.2) to the main unit and make sure that it is locked counterclockwise
• Start filling the bathtub with water. Ensure a pleasant water temperature.
• Do not use bath foam or bath salt
• Plug the power cord into the wall outlet

ATTENTION

For safety reasons, the main unit must be placed at least 60 cm from your bathtub. Do not place the main unit so that it can fall easily or be pulled into the bathtub or onto the wet floor. Always place the unit on dry ground.

4 Using the Aroma Clips

You can use the product with or without aroma clip. If you want to enjoy your favourite fragrances while bathing:

• Apply one or two drops of essential oil to the cotton pad and close the aroma clip (Fig. 1)
• Insert the aroma clip into the end of the hose (#2.2) (Fig. 2)
• Connect the end of the hose (#2.2) to the main unit (#1.1) and ensure that it is locked by turning the end of the hose counterclockwise (Fig. 3)

• The cotton pad is reusable.
- Too much essential oil can damage the aroma clip.

5 Operation (see Fig. 4)

SUMATRA can be switched on and off and the bubble intensity can be set either via the control switch on the main unit (#1.1) or via the remote control (#4). The selected setting can also be seen on the LED display on the handle.

OPERATING ELEMENT

On the back of the main unit (#1) is a 4-step switch for controlling the unit.

• Press the control switch once. The main unit is turned on and operates with a low setting. The LED flashes green
• Press the power switch again. The main unit operates with a higher setting. The LED flashes red
• Press the control switch again to enter programming mode. The LED flashes orange
• To turn off the unit, press the power switch a fourth time

The unit switches off automatically after 20 minutes. It is recommended not to use the device for more than 30 minutes at a time. Please wait at least 10 minutes until the main unit has cooled down before switching it back on.

REMOTE CONTROL

After carefully climbing into the bath, you can turn on the unit and adjust the bubble intensity with the remote control (#4). Please note that the remote control does not have LED lighting. The remote control also has a suction cup on the back. Simply moisten the suction cup and press it firmly against the bathtub wall or against the side of the bathtub. Do not immerse the remote control in water.

- Always point the remote control at the infrared reception area on the handle to operate the unit. - By pressing the button on the remote control repeatedly, the unit operates in the same sequence as described in the Control section:

The remote control uses a 3V CR2032 battery (already included). The battery compartment is located on the back of the remote control. To replace the battery, open the lid with a coin. Make sure the battery is inserted correctly and close the cover with a coin.

Disposal of batteries

Batteries should not be disposed of with household waste. As a consumer, you are required by law to take all used batteries to public collection points in your area or to places where batteries of this type are sold.

6 Cleaning and maintenance

• Always disconnect the power plug and allow the unit to cool down before cleaning it

- Do not use abrasive cleaners or strong brushes

- The main unit and the remote control do not require any special maintenance. They only need to be cleaned regularly with a soft, damp cloth

- The best way to remove the mat from the bath is to slide your fingernail under the suction cups to release the vacuum. Trying to pull the mat directly can damage it

- The mat should be cleaned and disinfected regularly to keep it free of bacteria. If used daily, especially several times, disinfect once a week with a mild household cleaner according to the manufacturer's instructions. If it is used less frequently, please disinfect it after each use

- It is recommended to remove the remaining water by removing the mat and puts it flat on a dry towel and then presses it lightly so that the mat dries thoroughly

STORAGE

If the device is not used for a long time, we strongly recommend:

• Always allow the unit to cool down before storage
- Empty the mat and you can roll it up for storage or fold it when it is completely dry
- It is strongly recommended to store the main unit and all accessories in their original packaging and to keep the packaging in a dry and clean place
