1. Slow juicer is designer to extracting juices from fruit, vegetables, herbs and make ice cream. A large inlet, ingredients pusher, and anti-slip feet ensure convenience during the preparation of your favorite juices. The appliance effectively separates the juice from pulp for high-yield, nutritious results.
2. This appliance is intended for indoor use only.

before first use

Important precautions!

When using the appliance, it is required that you observe below safety measurements:

1. Warning! To eliminate the risk of small children swallowing and suffocating, before using the appliance for the first time, please remove all packaging, ad stickers, and discard them in an environmentally safe manner.

2. Check the appliance for any defects. Under no circumstances should you use a damaged appliance, its accessories or an appliance with a power cord damaged, etc.

3. Before first use, make sure that the voltage in your power socket matches the nameplate voltage on the unit. In case of any doubt, please contact a qualified electrician.
4. Before first use, clean all of accessories. Please refer to CLEANING AND CARE chapter.
5. Read all of safety instructions.

Before the assembly and use of the appliance, please carefully read all of the instructions.

1. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
2. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
3. Children must not play with this appliance.
4. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
5. Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damage, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

6. CAUTION: Check that the device is turned off before removing the bowl from the base.

7. Warning: Potential injury from misuse. Use this appliance solely in accordance with these instructions. Do not attempt to modify the appliance in any way.

8. Do not use the appliance if any of the accessories are damaged.
9. The maximum continuous operating time of slow juicer is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn off the slow juicer to let it completely cool for at least 20 minutes to prevent of damages.
10. Do not use accessories other than those supplied with the appliance.
11. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing the accessories to approaching parts that move in use.
12. Do not use the appliance if the juice strainer, ice cream strainer or any other accessories are damaged or has visible cracks.
13. Regarding the instruction for details on how to clean surfaces in contact with food, please refer to the CLEANING AND CARE chapter.
14. Always operate the appliance on an even, stable, clean, and dry surface able to hold the weight on the appliance.
15. In the event of an accident, breakdown, or a blockage, immediately disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

16. Connect the mains plug to an easily accessible socket, in order to quickly disconnect the appliance from the mains supplier in an emergency. Pull the mains supply plug out of the socket to disconnect the appliance completely. Use the mains plug as a disconnection device.

17. Never attempt to remove food from the device as long as the power plug is connected to the power socket.

18. Warning: Danger of electric shock! Do not let any foreign objects (for example fork, spoon, etc.) get inside the appliance.
19. Warning: Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.
20. Protect the appliance and its power cord and power plug against dust, direct sunlight, dripping, and splashing water.
21. Do not plug or unplug the electrical plug with wet hands.
22. Avoid contact with moving parts.
23. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

installation

Caution: Before assembling the juicer, make sure that the function knob is in the OFF position.

1. Place the base on a flat, stable, and dry surface.
2. Before starting, put the control valve on the bowl base into the "Hard fruits"

position.

Note: The seasoning valve must be installed in place. Otherwise, fluid leakage might occur.

1. Place the bowl onto the base. Make sure that the bowl is fully inserted into the motor shaft on the base. Line the bowl up with the fixed point on the base. Turn the bowl so that it locks in this position.

Two fixing points

1. Install the juice strainer into the bowl to make juice; install the ice cream strainer into the bowl to make ice cream. Turn the strainer to install it, until the strainer base goes completely into the bowl.
2. Install the juicing screw into the centre of the bowl for juicing. Press on the juicing screw and turn it to install it.
3. Install the chute onto the bowl. Line the symbol on the chute up with the ▲ symbol on the bowl. Turn the chute clockwise so that the ⚙ symbol on the chute lines up with the ▼ symbol on the bowl.
4. Insert the pusher into the chute.
5. Place the pulp container under the pulp outlet and the juice container under juice outlet.
6. Make sure that all the parts of the appliance are correctly assembled, then connect the power cord of the juicer to a suitable electrical outlet.

Note: The juicer is fitted with a safety mechanism to prevent it starting if the chute and bowl are not fixed in the correct position.

1. To disassemble the juicer, reverse the steps above.

Caution: Before starting, adjust the seasoning valve to the appropriate location. Do not adjust the seasoning valve during usage.

Below fruit and vegetable correspond to seasoning valve:

• Soft fruit and vegetables: orange, watermelon, red grape, cucumber, tomato, etc. Note: Adjust the seasoning valve on soft fruit when making ice cream.
• Hard fruits and with fiber-rich ingredients: apple, pear, celery, carrot, pomegranate, pineapple, etc.

Settings:

The juicer has five five settings.

- “(reverse) spins in the opposite direction to release ingredients. This feature helps with cleaning the machine. The function helps prevent food from getting stuck in the machine. The function lifts the fruits and vegetables upwards. The reverse function protects the juicer from the overloading of ingredients or hardened ingredients and corrects the juice extraction process. Use about 3-5 seconds and stop it. Repeat 2-3 times.

1. Prior to start, make sure that the lid is properly secured in the correct position and the function knob is in the OFF position.

2. Connect the juicer to the mains supply.

3. To turn on the appliance, turn the function knob to the “or” position. When using the ice cream strainer, the juice can flow out through the outlets and it is normal operation.

4. Take the pusher out of the chute.

5. Make sure the juice cap is closed properly.

6. Gradually add the prepared ingredients into the chute and use the pusher to push them down. You will get the best results if you fill the chute gradually by pushing the ingredients down gently, little by little.

Caution! Do not press ingredients with anything except the pusher provided.

1. If the juicer stops during use due to overloading, turn the function knob to “” position to run in reverse direction.

2. Note: Add the last ingredients and keep it running for at least 1 minute. The slow

juicer slowly squeezes the ingredients to extract the juice and needs some time to extract juice from the last ingredients.

1. When the juice starts to fill the bowl, open up the juice cap to release it. Place the juice container, a glass or another appropriate container under the juice outlet. Open the juice cap to let the juice run freely out from the bowl.

- The bowl may fill very quickly with juice, depending on the type of ingredients used.

- For ingredients that produce many bubbles such as cabbage and apple, keep the juice cap open during extraction.

1. You can easily make mixed fruit juice or vegetable juice with various ingredients.

- Close the juice cap and set “” or “” mode to start.

- Open the juice cap to pour out as much juice as required. You can close it again without any drips.

1. After extraction is competed, turn the function knob to “position to clean the juicer for 2-3 minutes.

2. After the self clean completes, turn the function knob to the "OFF position to stop. For performance and safety, the juicer takes time to stop completely even when the function knob is at "OFF position.

Important: When the juicer suddenly stops during the operation:

1. Revolve the function knob to the "O" position.
2. Turn the function knob to the “position so that ingredients stuck in the juicing screw can be pushed upwards.
3. Use the “function about 3-5 seconds and stop it. Repeat 2-3 times.”

Note: When the juicer is in “mode, hold the chute lightly with your hand. After the above operation, if the juicer still does not operate, disassemble the juicer and wash it completely.

preparing fruit and vegetables for juice

Juice can supply many of the vitamins and minerals found in whole fruits and vegetables. Unlike most long-life juices, the raw juices that you make at home are not pasteurised. This means that it is best to drink the juice immediately after making it.

Important: Clean your fruit, vegetables and herbs with plain water.

You can juice almost any fruit or vegetable. Most fruits and vegetables can be juiced without being peeled first, as long as they have edible peel. Peel the fruit, such as watermelons, oranges, grapefruits, and mangos, and cut them into the right size. Always remove hard parts such as pips and large seeds in order to keep your juicer running well. Always remove peach, plum and cherry pits, mango stones, etc. before putting them in the device. The stones could stop the device working or damage parts of it. Cut or break up vegetables and herbs such as carrots, parsley, celery and beetroots, etc. into pieces measuring less than 3 cm before putting them into the chute. Extremely hard ingredients such as cereals, sugar cane, and ginger are not suitable for juicing.

The skin and peel of fruit and vegetables is high in fibre. The skin often contains the vast majority of the antioxidants.

Do not insert too many ingredients at once. If you insert an excessive amount of ingredients or thick ingredients, the unit might stop.

Do not use anything other than the pusher to push ingredients down.

Warning: choose ingredients carefully if you have allergy!

slushie, smoothly and ice cream preparation

Important: Clean your fruit, vegetables and herbs with plain water.

Ice cream mode is designed to make slushy, smoothie, and ice cream using frozen fruits.

1. Dice fruit to 2 cm and freeze them thoroughly before use.

2. If using fruits with pits, make sure that you remove them before putting them into the device.

3. Do not use the appliance for crushing ice frozen from water and other ingredients or for mincing.

4. The appliance may stop if you put too much at once or put a massive chunk. Insert ingredients in a small amount.
5. When extracting from slightly thawed fruits, the juice may leak through the pulp/ice cream outlet. (This is normal and is not a defect).
6. For more information how to prepare fruit and vegetables, refer to the below table.

Fruit with thick peel	Watermelon, melon, lemon, lime, etc.	Remove any peel and cut the flesh of the fruit into pieces that fit easily into the chute, then freeze the pieces.
Fruit with seed	Mango, peach, grapes, etc.	Use seedless frozen fruits only. For fruits with pips, pits and stones, such as mangoes, peaches and lemons, make sure that these are removed from the fruit and freeze the fruit first. For grapes, choose the ones without seeds and freeze them before use.
Soft fruit and vegetables	Banana, strawberry, kiwi, tomato, cherry tomato, etc.	Carefully peel the banana and the kiwi and cut them into pieces that will fit easily into the chute. For cherry tomato, strawberry, etc., remove the stem and freeze before use.

Caution! Hard fruit and vegetables are not suitable for making slushy, smoothie or ice cream!

prohibited ingredients

Warning: prohibited ingredients! Inserting these ingredients may lead to damage or malfunction.

1. Ingredients that are not for extracting juice such as sesame, seeds, coffee beans, tree barks.
2. Boiled ingredients (potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkins and chestnuts), eels, shrimps, snails, octopus, fish, etc.
3. Fruits stewed in liqueur, honey, sugar, etc.
4. Ingredients that do not produce juice according to the characteristic of the ingredients such as linden, aloe, cactus, acorn, etc.
5. Do not use the juicer for crushing cereals.

cleaning and care

1. Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
2. Clean the device and its accessories after every use, in order to keep it in good operating condition.
3. Use the brush to clean the accessories thoroughly after operating. Dry the accessories after cleaning.
4. Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, strong chemicals, alkali or abrasive agents as they may damage its surface.
5. Do not immerse the body in water or other liquids to clean it. Make sure that the electrical parts do not become wet or damp.
6. Clean the appliance's body with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent. Wipe with a dry soft cloth.

storage

1. Before storage, clean the appliance and its accessories thoroughly. Let all parts dry completely.
2. Store the appliance in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
3. Unplug the appliance before lifting it.
4. Preferably, store the appliance in its original packaging.

Do not place heavy loads on the juicer or on the packaging. The juicer may be damaged. Dropping the juicer will render it non-operational or cause permanent damage.

troubleshooting

Problem Solution
The bowl is stuck and will not come away from the base.	Use reverse function 3-5 seconds. Then, push bowl upward while turning.
The chute is not opening.	Use reverse function 3-5 seconds. Repeat 2-3 times. Then, push bowl upward while turning. Do not attempt to open by force.
The juicer does not work.	Make sure that the power cord is connected correctly. Check that the chute is assembled correctly. If the chute has not been locked in position correctly, the juicer will not operate, for safety reasons. Check if the juicer is assembled according to the directions in the manual.
Juice leaks over the body.	If you insert too many ingredients in relation to the amount of pulp to come out, the bowl may be slightly compressed and the juice may come out from the gap. Do not put too many ingredients by force and just put them gradually.
The bowl moves under the pressure.	The motor may cause slight shaking. Depending on the texture of the ingredients, there may be slight to more pronounced shaking. This is a normal phenomenon that occurs when the juicing screw is turning - it is not a malfunction. Hard ingredients like carrot, potato, radish, beet, etc., may cause more shaking than soft ingredients.
