Thank you for purchasing this product. Before use, it is recommended that you carefully read all the instructions and keep them for future reference. Do not use this appliance for purposes other than those described in this manual.

WARNING

• Remove the packing and make sure that the appliance is intact. In case of doubt do not use the appliance and contact our after-sales service. Do not leave packaging materials like bags and staples within reach of children.
• Before switching on appliance check if the electrical voltage and frequency of the circuit correspond to those indicated on the appliance.
• The appliance has to be connected to a circuit according to the rules in force concerning the civil plant. The plant has to be related to the nominal power of the appliance and has to be provided with an earth-wire.
• Use the appliance only for the mentioned purpose. Do not use it for any other application as it could get dangerous.
• The manufacture/importer is not responsible for any eventual damages caused by improper or faulty use.
• Never expose the appliance to atmospheric conditions (rain, sun, etc.)
• The appliance must be always placed on a flat and stable surface.
• When the appliance is not in use switch it off and unplug it. Make harmless the parts of the appliance which could be handled hazardously by children for playing.
• In case the power cord is damaged, send it to the nearest after sale service recommended by the manufacturer for the replacement.
• This appliance is not intended use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Do not connect the appliance to extension cords or multiple outlets.
• Do not damage and do not kink the power cord.
• Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
• Always use containers or dishes (not supplied) suitable for food contact and resistant to high temperatures.
• Do not place the food directly on the grill or on the pan but use pans, trays or special containers suitable for food contact and cooking in the oven.
• Do not touch the hot parts of the oven. Use the handle or knobs.
• To protect yourself from electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or any part of the oven's kitchen in water or other liquids.
• Do not let the cable come into contact with hot surfaces.
• Do not place the electric oven near a gas stove or other heat sources.
• During oven operation, keep at least 10 cm of space on all sides of the oven to allow adequate air circulation.
• Be extremely careful when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.

• Do not cover any part of the oven with metal or aluminum foil

• Do not clean with abrasive metal sponges, the pieces can break and touch the electrical parts, creating the risk of electric shock.

• Never leave the appliance unattended during operation
• Risk of fire if the oven is covered or touches flammable material, including curtains for curtains, walls. Do not store objects on the oven during operation.
• Do not put the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper or the like.
• Always wear insulated oven protective gloves when inserting or removing objects from the hot oven.
• Do not use outdoors.

SPECIAL WARNING:

Attention: during operation, the oven can reach high temperatures. Do not touch the hot parts of the oven. Use the handle or knobs.

CAUTIONS

Always use the tray handle when inserting or removing the tray.

Touching it directly will cause severe burns.

When hot, do not apply water to the glass window, it may cause the glass to break.

When unplugging the cord, always take hold of the plug itself. Never pull on the cord. Doing so could break the wires inside the cord.

Do not position the unit close to a gas burner or other source of high temperature or do not direct an electric fan, etc, at the unit during use. Doing so could prevent correct temperature control.

Do not wet the power cord nor handle the unit with wet hands. Always unplug the cord after use, or whenever the unit is to be left unattended. A malfunction while the plug is inserted into the outlet could cause a fire.

ATTENTION: For cooking, we recommend using special containers suitable for food contact. No put the food direct on wire rack or tray.

BEFORE USING YOUR OVEN FOR THE FIRST TIME

Before using this oven cooker for the first time

1. Make sure that the oven is unplugged and the TIMER switch is in the "OFF" position
2. Remove all rack and pans and clean them in hot sudsy water.
3. Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble in oven. Plug oven into socket and you are ready to use your new oven.

After re-assembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the MAX temperature, turn on all the function of oven and hot plates for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any packing oil that may remain after shipping.

- Be careful when removing pudding and other hot liquids.

Temperature setting

Turn the temperature adjustment knob clockwise until reaching the desired value (from 70^ C to 230^ C).

The optimal temperature varies according to the food to be cooked.

Select the optimal operating mode based on the food to be cooked.

Convection function is working together with both upper and bottom heating elements.

Timer setting

Thanks to the timer it is possible to set the automatic switch-off of the oven after a preset time, which varies according to the food to be cooked.

Turn the timer knob clockwise to the desired value. The numbers correspond to the cooking minutes after which the oven will automatically turn off. An acoustic signal will indicate the end of the cooking cycle.

If you want to set a time less than 5 minutes, turn the timer knob to a time longer than 6 minutes, then bring it to the desired value.

If you wish to manually switch the oven off any time during cooking, turn the timer knob counterclockwise to "OFF" position.

If scale has settled inside the oven, cooking may take longer than expected.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE

Take off the plug and cool down before cleaning.

When cleaning, wash the interior and exterior surface, tray, grid, and food fork with soft cotton (or sponge) with neutral cleaner. Then wash with clean water. Do not use hard brush or any others to wash, so as not to scrape the interior surface of the oven, and to protect the tray, the net and the food fork.

Do not use the toxic and abrasive cleaners such as gasoline, polishing powder, solvent.

1. It is important that you clean the appliance after each use to prevent an accumulation of grease and avoid unpleasant odors.

2. Allow the appliance to cool and unplug from outlet before cleaning.

3. Do not immerse appliance in water or wash it under waterspout.

4. Removable wire rack, bake pan, crumb tray can be washed, as normal kitchenware.

5. Clean outside of appliance with a damp sponge.

6. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the oven, as scratching may weaker it and cause shattering.

7. Let all parts and surfaces dry thoroughly prior to plugging oven in and using.

8. For any repairs, contact an authorized Technical Assistance Center.

9. This appliance has been designed for INDOOR USE ONLY and in the home: avoid any commercial or industrial use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The first time you use the oven, you may notice a burning smell and / or smoke. This is normal, does not indicate a malfunction and will disappear within 20 minutes.

In general, it is not necessary to preheat the oven, since the appliance has had the test cycle on the production line. But you could get better results if you heat the oven before cooking some delicate dishes, such as meat and cakes.

HOW TO TOAST

1. Set the temperature control to 230^
2. Turn the operation knob to the position to use UPPER AND LOWER HEATING.
3. Place the pan on the wire rack. Close the oven door
4. Turn the timer knob to the desired cooking time.
5. At the end of cooking, turn the timer knob to the "Off" position to switch off the oven.

HOW TO BAKE

1. Place the grill in the desired position.
2. Place the pan on the wire rack. Close the oven door.
3. Turn the timer knob to the desired cooking time.
4. Turn the operation knob to the position to use the UPPER HEATING.
5. Turn the temperature knob to the desired one.
6. At the end of cooking, turn the timer knob to the "Off" position to switch off the oven

HOW TO BROIL

1. Insert the grill in the desired position.
2. Place the pan on the wire rack. Close the oven door
3. Turn the timer knob to the desired cooking time.
4. Keep the door half open.
5. Turn the thermostat knob to the position to use the LOWER HEATING.
6. Turn the temperature knob to the desired one.
7. At the end of cooking, turn the timer knob to the "Off" position to switch off the oven

HOW TO USE THE VENTILATION FUNCTION

The VENTILATION function can be activated by turning the operating knob to the position the temperature knob to 230°C.

CAUTIONS

If the oven is positioned to close to a wall, the wall will be burned or stained. Be sure the curtain, etc., are not in contact with the body.

Do not put anything between the bottom of the body and the surface on which it is set, an object so placed could be burned.

Do not put anything on the oven while using it, the heat could cause deformation, cracking, etc.

Any bottled or tinned food can not be heated directly as the bottle or tin would be broken out and scald the person.

Be careful! Not to bum yourself during use or immediately after use. The metal parts and glass window of the door become extremely hot during use. Be careful not to touch them when opening and closing the door.

AC power must be taken from a properly wired outlet. Insert the plug completely into the socket. if it is not, it could become abnormally hot. Do not use an electric light outlet. Never connect multiple plugs to the same outlet.
