How to install the water filter?

Open the top compartment, align the blue arrow on the XWF/XWFE filter, insert it and turn it a quarter turn clockwise. Use the extraction tool if necessary. After installation, purge the air by running 8 liters of water through the pitcher or discarding the first ice cubes.

Why is the ice maker not producing ice?

Check that the ice maker switch is set to ON and the water supply is connected. Production may take 12 to 24 hours after installation. Ensure the ice bin is not too full and the feeler arm can move freely. Also check that the water filter is not clogged.

How to activate Sabbath mode?

Press and hold the (+) and DOOR ALARM buttons simultaneously until the display shows 'SABBATH MODE'. The mode lasts 96 hours and disables displays, alarms, and lighting. To deactivate, repeat the operation or wait for automatic end.

How to clean the interior of the freezer?

Unplug the appliance or turn off the circuit breaker. Use a solution of warm water and baking soda (15 ml per liter). Clean the walls, shelves, and drawers. Rinse and dry. Do not wash plastic parts in the dishwasher. Leave the door open after cleaning if you go on vacation.

What to do if the door alarm sounds?

The alarm sounds if the door is left open for more than 2 minutes. Press any button to stop it. If it sounds again after 5 minutes, close the door. You can disable the alarm by pressing DOOR ALARM (the OFF indicator lights up).

How to connect my freezer to Wi-Fi?

Press the WI-FI button on the control panel. The symbol flashes during connection. Use the Monogram app on your phone to complete setup. The 'Connected Appliance Information' label is located behind the lowest door bin or inside the front cover.

How to change the temperature display from °F to °C?

Press and hold the (-) button until the display changes from °F to °C. To return to °F, repeat the operation.

Why is there frost on frozen food?

This may be due to a door left open, incomplete closing, or frequent openings. Check that nothing blocks the door and the gasket is in good condition. A little frost inside packages is normal.

How to remove the freezer drawers for cleaning?

Pull the drawer all the way out, then lift the front while pulling to disengage the rear hooks. To replace, place the rear hooks into the slots, then lower the front until the front rods engage into the slides.

Drawers in the refrigerator will stop before coming all the way out, to help prevent contents from spilling onto floor.

To remove a drawer: Pull the drawer out and press the snaps at the front of both sides to release the drawer. Lift the front of the drawer up while pulling forward to move the pan free of the back slide hooks.

To replace a drawer: Place the back of the pan under the hooks on the back of the slides. Rotate the drawer down until the front snaps are securing the front of the pan.
