How to adjust the freezer temperature?

Press the + or - keys on the control panel to increase or decrease the temperature. Default settings are 0 °F (-18 °C). Wait 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize.

The door alarm is sounding, how to deactivate it?

Press the DOOR ALARM key once to deactivate the alarm; the OFF indicator lights up. To reactivate, press again.

Why is my ice maker not working?

Check that the ice maker switch is set to ON and the water supply is connected. The freezer must be cold enough; wait 12 to 24 hours after installation. Make sure the ice bin is not too full.

When should the water filter be replaced?

The water filter should be replaced every 6 months or after 644 liters (170 gallons) of water dispensed. The panel displays ORDER WATER FILTER at 90% of its life, then WATER FILTER EXPIRED at 100%.

How to activate Sabbath mode?

Simultaneously press and hold the + and DOOR ALARM keys until the display shows SABBATH MODE. To deactivate, repeat the operation or wait 96 hours (the mode disables automatically).

What to do if the freezer door does not close properly?

Check that no packaging is blocking closure. Ensure the appliance is level (see installation instructions). Inspect the door gasket.

My freezer makes unusual noises, is this normal?

Yes, some noises are normal: fan circulation, refrigerant gurgling, compressor clicking, cracking during defrost, ice cube drop. Refer to the 'Operating Sounds' section in the manual for details.

How to clean the interior of the freezer?

Unplug the appliance or turn off the circuit breaker. Clean with a solution of 15 ml baking soda in 1 liter of warm water. Rinse and dry. Do not wash plastic parts in the dishwasher except the pitcher and its lid.

Can I use an extension cord?

No, never use an extension cord. The appliance must be plugged directly into a 115 V grounded wall outlet.

How to switch display from °F to °C?

Press and hold the - key on the control panel until the display changes to Celsius.

Drawers in the refrigerator will stop before coming all the way out, to help prevent contents from spilling onto floor.

To remove a drawer: Pull the drawer out and press the snaps at the front of both sides to release the drawer. Lift the front of the drawer up while pulling forward to move the pan free of the back slide hooks.

To replace a drawer: Place the back of the pan under the hooks on the back of the slides. Rotate the drawer down until the front snaps are securing the front of the pan.
