Read these instructions thoroughly before using the device. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

• This device is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.
• The device may only be used with the power cable supplied with the appliance.
• Non-rechargeable batteries should not be recharged.
• Do not twist, bend, pull, or damage the power cable. Protect it from sharp edges and heat sources. Do not allow the cable to touch hot surfaces. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the surface.
• Check the power cable regularly for visible damage. Should the cable be damaged, or the product not work properly, it must be repaired by the Official Cecotec Technical Support Service to avoid any type of danger.
• Place the device on a flat, stable surface. Do not place it on carpets or surfaces it could fall from.
• Keep the device away from direct sunshine,

heat sources, air conditioner or fans.

Clean the tank every 3 days. Micro-organisms may be present in the water or in the environment where the appliance is used or stored. These micro-organisms can cause serious health problems if the water inside is not renewed, and the water tank is not cleaned every 3 days.
- Empty the tank and refill it every 3 days. Before refilling it, clean the tank with clear water. Remove any limescale incrustations, deposits, or layers or dirt that has formed on the sides or surfaces inside the tank. Dry all surfaces after cleaning.
- The steam concentration may be affected by the type of water, humidity, temperature, and wind direction.
- The appliance may only be used with 100 % natural essential oil. Do not use oils containing chemicals, spices, or impurities as these could cause product damage.
- Use tap or bottled water only.
- Do not move or cover the appliance during operation.
- Keep the product away from electrical and

electronic appliances such as TVs or music equipment.

• Do not operate the product if it emits unusual smells or sounds.
• Do not allow steam to come into direct contact with furniture, clothing, walls, or other obstacles.
• Do not try to disassemble or repair the product by yourself. Contact the Official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above and people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, as long as they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
• Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is being used by or near children.

Battery instructions

• This device contains an irreplaceable battery.
• This device includes a Li-ion battery. Do not incinerate or expose it to high temperatures, as it may explode.
• Leaks from the battery or cells can occur under extreme conditions. Do not touch any liquid that leaks from the battery. If the liquid gets into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, wash them immediately with clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes and seek medical attention. Wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of it immediately in accordance with local regulations.
• Before a new battery is used or the battery is used for the first time after long-term storage, fully charge the battery.
• When the device is stored and not used for long periods of time, ensure that the battery pack is fully charged.
• Keep batteries out of the reach of children when there is a risk of ingestion.

• Battery ingestion can cause burns, soft tissue perforation, and death. It can cause severe burns within two hours of the ingestion.

• In case of battery ingestion, please seek medical help immediately.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the Official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

VERY IMPORTANT:

The cotton soakers should be fully moistened when the humidifier is used for the first time.

1. For optimal operation, place the humidifier in an environment with a temperature between 5 and 40^ and a relative humidity of less than 80% .
2. Use clean water at a temperature below 40^ .
3. If the appliance has not been used for a long time, clean the water tank.

3. OPERATION

1. Press the button once for a single spray.
2. Press a second time for a double spray.
3. Press a third time for a double intermittent spray.
4. Press a fourth time to stop spraying and turn off the display, light and vaporiser.
5. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the light on and press and hold for another 3 seconds to turn it off.
6. Press the power button twice to display the battery percentage.

Single spray mode

The display will show "1" for 2 seconds and then display the battery percentage for 5 seconds.

Double spray mode

The display will show "2" for 2 seconds and then display the battery percentage for 5 seconds.

Double intermittent spray mode

The display will show "3" for 2 seconds and then display the battery percentage for 5 seconds.

Timer

• If the humidifier is in mode 2, it will automatically switch off after 5 hours.
• If the humidifier is in modes 1 or 3, it will automatically switch off after 10 hours.

4. TROUBLESHOOTING

Incidence Possible cause Solution
No steam Have you	moistened the soakers?	Make sure that the soakers are properly wetted.
	Are the soakers correctly positioned?	Make sure that the soakers are correctly inserted in place.
	Have you checked the water tank?	Check the water level in the tank.
		Contact the Technical Support Service
The appliance does not turn on	Low battery. Make sure that the battery has been fully charged for 7/8 hours.
	Power supply failure.	Contact the Technical Support Service
The light indicator stays off when the device is switched on	The humidifier is not plugged in.	Plug the humidifier to the outlet.
	The power cord is damaged.	Stop using the appliance immediately and contact Cecotec's Technical Support Service.
	The humidifier is faulty or not working properly.
The light indicator is on, but no water mist is coming out	The humidifier is not switched on.	Press the four-position button to the ON position.
	The selected humidification level is too low.	Increase the humidity level.
The humidifier produces very little water mist	Low water temperature.	Change the water in the tank.
	Water is dirty or water has been left in for too long.	Clean the water tank and fill it with clean water.
	The selected humidification level is too low.	Increase the humidity level.
White dirt appears around the humidifier	The water used has high mineral content.	Use distilled water. If you cannot use distilled water, use natural or filtered water. Remember to clean the water tank at least once a week.
	The humidifier was not cleaned properly after last use.	Clean the humidifier.
Water mist comes out of the base	The water tank is incorrectly installed.	Switch off the humidifier, unplug it, and install the water tank correctly.
Water mist comes out from around the outlet	There are holes or openings between the outlet and the water tank.	Replace the cover and check that the outlet is properly installed in the cover.
Abnormal noise	There is not enough water in the water tank.	Add water to tank.
	The tank is not placed on a stable surface.	Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
