SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.

Surfaces are liable to get hot during use.

Appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Proceed according to maintenance and cleaning section of this manual for cleaning.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS

Any incorrect use or improper handling of the product shall render the warranty null and void.

Prior to plugging in the product, check that your mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the product label.

The mains connection cable must not be tangled or wrapped around the product during use.

Do not use the device, or connect and disconnect to the supply mains with the hands and / or feet wet.

Do not pull on the connection cord in order to unplug it or use it as a handle

Unplug the product immediately from the mains in the event of any breakdown or damage and contact an official technical support service. In order to prevent any risk of danger, do not open the device. Only qualified technical personnel from the brand's Official technical support service may carry out repairs or procedures on the device.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before use

Make sure that all the product's packaging has been removed.

Before using the product for first time clean the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.

Use

Close the Grill Toaster and plug it into the wall outlet, You will find the red power lights indicating that the Grill Toaster has begun preheating.

As this time, you can be the right Thermostat Knob to set the temperature control to your desired setting: "MIN" for light colored food and "MAX" for darker food. At first, try a setting in the middle. You may later adjust it lower or higher according to your preference. Different foods will also cook up differently.

It will preheating approximately 3~5 minutes to reach baking temperature, the green ready lights, the Grill Toaster is ready for use.

Use the Grill Toaster as a Press grill to grill sandwiches, breads and quesadillas.

The Grill Toaster was designed with a unique handle and hinge that allows the cover to adjust to the thickness of the food. You can easily grill anything from a thinly-sliced potato to a thick sirloin steak with even results.

When cooking more than one food item in the contact grill, it is important that the thickness of food items is consistent so the cover will close evenly on the food.

Upper plate/cover is level with lower plate/base.

The upper and lower plates line up to create one large cooking surface. The appliance to this position, locate the hinge release lever on the right arm.

With one hand on the handle, use the other one to slide the lever toward you. Push the handle back until its cover rests flat on the counter.

The unit will stay in this position until you lift the handle and cover to return it to the closed position.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.

Except for the power unit and the mains connection, all the parts can be cleaned with detergent and water or in washing up liquid. Rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of detergent.

Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry. - Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.

Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to avoid damage to the inner parts of the appliance

Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.

It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.

Neither parts of this appliance are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.

PRODUCT DISPOSAL

This product complies with European Directive 2012/19/EU on electrical and electronic devices, known as WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), provides the legal framework applicable in the European Union for the disposal and reuse of waste electronic and electrical devices. Do not dispose of this product in the bin, instead going to the electrical and electronic waste collection centre closest to your home.

B&B TRENDS, SL. guarantees compliance of this product for the use for which it is intended for a period of two years. In the case of breakdown during the term of this warranty, users are entitled to repair or else the replacement of the product at no charge if the former is unavailable, unless one of these options proves impossible to fulfill or is disproportionate. In this case, you can then opt for a reduction in price or cancellation of the sale, which must be dealt with directly with the sales vendor. This also covers replacement of spare parts provided that the product has been used according to the recommendations specified in this manual for both cases, and has not been tampered with by any third party that is not authorised by B & B TRENDS, SL. The warranty will not cover any parts subject to wear and tear. This warranty does not affect your rights as a consumer in accordance with the provisions in Directive 1999/44/EC for member states of the European Union.

USE OF WARRANTY

Customers must contact a B&B TRENS, SL., authorised Technical Service for repair of the product. Since any tampering of the same by anyone not authorised by B&B TRENS, SL., or the careless or improper use of the same shall render this warranty null and void. The warranty must be fully com

pleted and delivered along with the receipt or delivery docket for the effective exercise of rights under this warranty.

This warranty should be retained by the user as well as the invoice, receipt or the delivery docket to facilitate the exercise of these rights. For technical service and after-sales care outside the Spanish territory, please submit your query to the point of sale where you purchased the item
