Do not touch the appliance when the gas leaks, turn off the valve first, and then open the window for ventilation. It may cause fire if you pull out the plug or turn the thermostat at once.
Keep the plug clean, make sure it is firmly touched. Do not press the plug, damage the power cord, or leave the power cord close to compressor lest the insulation.

Disconnect power supply before you replace the bulb, clean the appliance or you do not intend to use the appliance for long periods of time.
If the appliance has exceptional sound, odor, smoke or other unusual instance, cut off the power supply and call our service agent in time.

Do not make the appliance wet, or place a vessel of water on it.
It's forbidden to hang heavy objects on the door, or else may overturn the appliance, especially for child.
Do not place heavy objects on top of the appliance or other heat emitting devices such as thermos electric cooker booster candle and etc.
Do not store glass bottles or canned liquid food in freezer compartment because it may cause cracking. It may hurt your hands if you touch the foods in freezer compartment with your wet hands.

Preparation for use Temperature selection
1 Move it correctly
☆ Carry it from the bottom, don't pull door or handle.
☆ Keep horizontal position during transportation, do not upside down the appliance, tilting level cannot be over 45°.
☆ Avoid collision or violent shock.


2 Place it correctly
☆ Place the appliance in a dry and ventilated environment. Never place it near heat emitting devices and do not expose it to direct sunlight.
☆ The appliance must be level and installed on a firm solid base/floor. Use adjustable foot to level the appliance.
☆ Behind the appliance there should be a free space at least 4-inch wide.
☆ For your personal safety, this appliance must be grounded. Do not ground it via telephone cord or gas pipe.
3 For first time
☆ Clean the appliance thoroughly, especially in the interior. Set the thermostat knob at "3". Check whether the compressor runs after connecting the appliance to electrical power supply. The temperature in freezer compartment should decrease obviously 30 minutes later.
After connecting to power supply, leave the appliance for 2-3 hours before storing the food.
☆ The temperature of the refrigerator is controlled by setting thermostat knob (ceiling of the cabinet) to a desired setting. Thermostat will keep the temperature in a stated range according to the setting.
☆ The figure on thermostat knob is position of thermostat, it does not indicate the temperature. "0" means the appliance will stop work.
From "1" to "6", the higher the figure is, the lower the temperature is. Set knob from "2" to "4" in summer and "4" to "6" in winter, "3" or "4" is suitable for ecumenical use.

1 Freezer
☆ Freezer compartment is used for freezing foods and making ice, ice cream and etc.
☆ After purchasing freezing foods, put them into freezer compartment as soon as possible before ice melt away.
Before loading the appliance with packages of warm foods, make sure that they are cooled to ambient temperature.
1 Freezer
☆ Make sure there is sufficient space for ventilation.
☆ It's easy for use if foods are packaged individually. Try not to open the door too often so as to save energy and prevent mixed odor.
☆ Freezer compartment does not fit for eggs, dairy products and etc.
☆ Icemaker box is used for making ice, put a glass vessel filled with 4/5 water into freezer compartment. Twist the icemaker box to separate ice cubes from it after the water freezes. But never twist it like the bottom:



☆ Store cooked food and fresh food separately.
2 Refrigerator
☆ Refrigerator compartment is used for storing beverages and foods that do not need to be frozen. Put the foods that need a short-time storage and fresh dishes into it.
☆ Do not put watery vegetables into refrigerator compartment directly, or the water will accelerate rot of vegetables.
☆ Before loading the appliance with packages of warm foods, make sure that they are cooled to ambient temperature.
☆ Make sure there is sufficient space for ventilation.
☆ It's easy for use if foods are packaged individually. Try not to open the door too often so as to save energy.
☆ Tropical fruits such as banana, sweet melon, pineapple is not suitable to store in the appliance for a long time.
Bulb replacement
☆ Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
☆ Pull the light cover straight down.
☆ Remove the old light at anticlockwise direction.
☆ Revolve the new light at clockwise direction.
☆ Light parameters 115V, 10W
Methods for defrosting
☆ Freezer compartment will frost after some time working. The thick frost will influence the freezing effect. Ice should be manually defrosted as soon as it is 0.2"/5mm thick or above.
☆ Remove all foods in freezer compartment and pack them systemati-cally, then put in cool place. Take away all the accessories and set th-ermoslat at "0" position (or cut off power supply directly), open the door of freezer compartment. (Place a glass vessel of water about 122°F if you want to accelerate the procedure)
Attention
■ Do not use coarse or aggressive cleaning agents as you can damage the surface.
■ Do not use electric heaters to defrost.

☆ Interior accessories
Remove all the brackets, door, drawers and etc. Use soft cloth to clean the appliance.
☆ Door gasket
The door gasket can be removed for cleaning and pushed into the door when finished. Clean it with neutral detergent.
2 Attention items
☆ Clean the appliance every two months to keep both interior and exterior clean.
☆ Disconnect power supply before cleaning, wash it with neutral detergent and then dry it. Door gasket should be cleaned carefully especially if it is contaminated in order to prolong the lifetime of the appliance.
Do not use hot water, eradicator, acid-base detergent, fancy soap, petrol, alcohol, organic solvent and brush.
☆ It's not allowed to wash the appliance with water directly in order to prevent rusting.
☆ Check the plug and power cord whether they're damaged.
☆ If you do not intend to use the appliance for long periods of time, disconnect the power supply, take out the foods and clean the appliance. Leave the door slightly open, and place the appliance in dry and ventilated environment.

| Silvery noise | The noise of the injection moulding when it expands or shrinks. |
| Noise of compressor when it starts to work | It's the normal noise when the compressor is operating, especially when it starts and shut down. |
| It's wet outside or around door | There may be slight drips on the surface of the appliance in drippy days, it's the same reason as there will be drips on the surface of a glass of ice water. |
| The surface of the appliance becomes hot | It's obvious to feel the temperature of the rear wall is growing when the appliance starts to work or in summer, it does not mean that something is wrong and it has no effect on the appliance. |
