How to pair the Defunc Mondo headset with a phone?

Make sure the headset is charged. Press and hold the control button for 5 seconds until the white lights flash alternately. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and select « MONDO Freestyle » from the list.

How to turn the headset on and off?

To turn on: press the control button for 2 seconds, you will hear a sound and the white light turns on. To turn off: press for 3 seconds, a sound is heard and the light turns off. Auto power off occurs after 5 to 8 minutes without connection.

How to control music playback?

Play/Pause: press the control button once. Next track: turn the left rotary wheel forward. Previous track: turn the left wheel backward. Volume: right wheel: forward to increase, backward to decrease.

How long does the battery last?

Music playback battery life is approximately 22 hours, and talk time is 20 hours. Full charging time is approximately 1.5 hours with the provided USB-C cable.

Can I connect two devices at the same time?

Yes, the headset supports multipoint connection. To add a second device, press the control button four times to enter pairing mode, then connect to the second device via its Bluetooth menu.

How to use the voice assistant?

Press the control button twice to activate your phone's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant). Make sure the function is enabled on your device.

What to do if the headset does not turn on or connect?

First check the headset's charge (plug it into USB-C). If the light does not turn on, try resetting by holding the control button for 10 seconds. Make sure your device's Bluetooth is on and « MONDO Freestyle » appears in the list.

What is the MONDO by Defunc app for?

The app allows you to adjust the equalizer (presets or custom), serves as a remote control, updates firmware, and provides detailed instructions. It is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Is the headset water or sweat resistant?

No, the headset is not waterproof. Avoid wetting it or wearing it in heavy rain. Do not use volatile cleaning products. A dry cloth is sufficient for maintenance.

What is the warranty of the Defunc Mondo headset?

The warranty is one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. It requires the original proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover abuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

GET STARTED

Start by downloading the

"MONDO by Defunc" app

where you find your apps (App Store 5

Google Play).

1. Make sure the headphones are fully charged. Do this by charging the headphones until the light is shining with constant white light.

2. Press the control button for 2 seconds to turn on your headphones.

3. When white lights flash alternately, the headphones are ready to pair with your device.

4. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device. Select "Mondo Freestyle" in the Bluetooth list to pair the headphones with the device.

5. When the white light turns on the head phones are paired.

6. The headphones will automatically pair with a previously connected device when pressing the control button for 5 seconds.

7. Always use the USB-C charging cable to charge your headphones. You can also use the headphones for listening using the USB-C cable with a device.

CONTROL FUNCTIONS

Power on: Press the control button for 2 seconds until you hear the on-sound or the white light turns on.

Power off: Press the control button for 3 seconds until you hear the off-sound or see the white light turning oil. Auto power off will be activated after 5-6 minutes without a connected device.

Play/pause: Click the control button once.

Next track Turn the left rotation button

Previous track: Turn the left rotation button backwards.

Increase volume: Turn the right rotation button forward.

Decrease volume: Turn the right, rotation button backwards.

Connect with second device: Click the control button 4 times to enter pairing mode. Then connect with the second device.

Answer/end phone call: Click the control button once.

Reject call: Press the control button for 2 seconds.

Activate voice assistant: Double click on the control button to activate.

Plug the USB-C charging cable with the USB-C port on the headphones. Plug the other end of the cable into a power source.

PHONES WHEN CHARGING White lights will indicate charging is active. The product is fully charged when the light shines with a constant white light.

"Mondo by Defunc" APP

Simply downloaded the app and you will go, help with the settings and instructions in the app. You can use the app for EQ settings and as a remote for your headphones among other features.

Add your device, then choose equalizer settings, use the presets, or create your own personalized settings.

You can also use your MONDO Freestyle headphones without the "MONDO by Defunc" app and enjoy the product with the default audio settings to fit all music genres.

WARNING!

- Do not attempt to repair the headphones. A faulty repair may lead to fire, electronic breakdown or a damaged product.

- Do not use the headphones in an environment where the temperature is below 0°C or above 45°C.

Avoid using a device indicator light near the eyes of children and animals.

- Do not use the headphones in thunderstorm weather to avoid abnormal head-phone behavior and the risk of shock.

- Do not wipe the headphones with oil or other volatile liquids.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

At MONDO products are designed and manufactured with your high expectations and best customer experience in mind. We are devoted to providing the best quality and modern technology. However, as most people realize electronic products sometimes do have practical details of the product, we will be a manufacturing date. Therefore we offer some of full year retention warranty from purchase date, against manufacturer defects on each part of hardhodmus we sell MONDO (Designed by a star A5) hereby warranty that, under normal use, this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one or 1 year from the date of original retail purchase. The replacement warranty is valid only if the original proof of the product is not applicable to purchaser specifying the date of purchase is necessary with the product to be replaced.

How does it work? If you believe this product is defective within the warranty period, carefully repack the unit and return the product to your authorized dealer, with the original proof of purchase. Your authorized dealer will replace the product in case a defect in manufacture or workmanship is identified. In case your authorized dealer does not have the corresponding product or color in stock, MONDO will promptly provide you with a new product.

This limited replacement warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product use contrary to MONDO instructions, ordinary wear and tear, incorrect connection force majeure, or unauthorized repair. Any lawsuit for breach of this limited warranty shall

be commenced, if a. all, within one (1) year of the date that the claim secures. MONDO shall not be liable for special, Indirect, Incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product, regardless of the legal, theory on which the claim is based.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from country to country. This warranty does not restrict the rights of the consumer mandated under applicable laws. This product shall not be treated as household waste, instead, it shall be handed over to the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.

The limited premium replacement, warranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase issued to the purchaser, specifying the date of purchase, is presented with the product to be replaced.
