How to install the water bottle?

Open the lower door, remove the bottle cap, insert the siphon tube to the bottom, secure the collar on top of the bottle, then close the door. Make sure the collar is securely fastened to avoid leaks.

How long does it take for the water to become cold?

Cold water can take up to 2 hours to reach the desired temperature. The Cold water indicator flashes during cooling and stays on once the temperature is reached.

How to make ice?

Press the Make ice button. The corresponding indicator flashes. When it stops flashing and stays on, the ice is ready. You can then dispense ice by pressing the Ice dispense button.

What to do if the 'Add water' indicator lights up?

This indicates that the water bottle is empty. Replace it with a new 11.3 L or 18.9 L bottle following the installation steps. The indicator will turn off after a few moments.

Why is no water coming out?

Check that the water bottle is not empty. Also make sure to press the water dispense button fully. If the problem persists, verify that the siphon tube is properly placed in the bottle.

How to clean the appliance?

Clean the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and soapy water. Remove and hand wash the drip tray. Clean the water lines every 3 months with a solution of water and unscented bleach (1 tablespoon of bleach per 4 liters of water), then rinse thoroughly with clear water.

The appliance is making noise, is that normal?

Some operating noise is normal. Make sure the appliance is placed on a flat, stable surface. If the noise is excessive, check that nothing is vibrating against the appliance and that it is at least 10 cm away from walls.

What electrical voltage is required?

This appliance must be plugged into a 120 V wall outlet (110-120 V / 60 Hz). It is imperative to use a grounded 3-prong outlet. Do not use an extension cord or adapter.

Can I use liquids other than water?

No, the appliance is designed exclusively for water. Using any other liquid (coffee, tea, juice, etc.) voids the warranty and may damage the appliance.

What to do if ice is not dispensing?

Check that the Ice indicator is not flashing (this means ice production is in progress). Ensure no ice chunks or debris are blocking the spout. If the problem persists, wait for the machine to finish making ice.

Operating Safety Precautions

2. This dispenser is intended only for water dispensing. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT use for other purposes. Never use other liquids in the dispenser other than known and microbiologically safe bottled water. Warranty is void if used with any other liquids, such as coffee, tea, juices, beer or wine.

1. Instructions for the Electrical Cord and Plug

1. ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD: Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or electrical shock.

2. Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
   • DO NOT remove ground prong.
   • DO NOT use an adapter.
   • DO NOT use an extension cord.

3. This unit MUST be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This unit is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

4. WARNING: Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.

ASSEMBLY

Use EXTREME CAUTION when handling the appliance. When taking out of package, it is recommended to lay the box safely on its side. The WATER COOLER & ICE DISPENSER will be mostly assembled. Once unpacked and standing upright, the Drip Tray Cover will need to be inserted.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Install in the area where it is protected from the elements including direct sun.
2. Install and use only on a hard, flat and level surface.
3. Do NOT place the dispenser inside an enclosed space or cabinet.
4. Position the dispenser no closer than 4 inches from the wall with at least 4 inches clearance on the sides to permit free airflow.

WATER JUG INSTALLATION

Installing and replacing 3 or 5 gallon coolers (not included) is a simple task. NOTE: Excessive weight hazard - It is recommended to use two or more people to move and install bottles. Failure to do so can result in injury.

1. Open up the cabinet Door on the bottom.
2. Remove the water cap off of your standard-sized 3 or 5 gallon water jug.
3. Place the Siphon Tube inside of the water jug so it's touching the bottom. NOTE: When using 3 gallon jugs, place the Siphon Pump into the jug, and then slide the Collar down to the top of the water bottle.
4. Make sure the Collar fits securely over the water jug top, ensuring no leakage.
5. Close the door.

NOTE: The Siphon Tube features a sliding Collar that accommodates both 3 and 5 standard-sized water jugs. Make sure that the Collar fits securely over your water jug before use.

HOW TO OPERATE

WARNING: This unit is intended for water and ice made from water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT use for other purposes. Warranty is void if used with any other liquids such as coffee, tea, juices, beer or wine.

This dispenser has been designed to use water bottles with a 3 or 5 gallon capacity. DO NOT use alternative bottles.

Powering On:

1. Make sure you have found a proper location for your WATER COOLER & ICE DISPENSER and have followed the steps to install a water jug.
2. Plug the cord into a properly grounded wall outlet. WARNING: Always make sure that the cord is away from a water source.

3. After the machine has been plugged in, press the power button. The Control Panel will beep and the Power Indicator light will remain on.

4. Press the power button again to shut off the power. This will stop ice and cold water making.

DISPENSING COLD WATER

Once the machine has been powered on, the Cold Water Indicator light will flash, indicating that water is being cooled.

It will take up to 2 hours to get the water to it temperature set point. When it reaches the temperature set point, the Cold Water Indicator light will remain on.

1. Place bottle, glass, or pitcher below the Ice/Water Spout.
2. Press and release the Dispense Water button to start dispensing water. The button backlight will light up while dispensing.
3. Press the Dispense Water button again to stop dispensing. NOTE: The machine will stop dispensing automatically after 1 minute if not stopped manually.

DISPENSING ICE

Press the Make Ice button and the machine will begin ice making production, filling the internal ice storage. At this time, the Ice Indicator light will begin flashing.

When the Ice Indicator light stops flashing and remains on, the ice making cycle has completed. Ice making will be suspended, and you can now dispense ice.

1. Place bottle, glass, or pitcher below the Ice/Water Spout.
2. Press and release the Dispense Ice button to dispense ice automatically. The button backlight will light up while dispensing.
3. Press the Dispense Ice button again to stop dispensing.
   NOTE: The machine will stop dispensing automatically after 10 seconds if not stopped manually.
   NOTE: After ice is full, the machine will stop making ice and start making cold water.
   After ice is dispensed, the machine will start making ice again.

REPLACING AN EMPTY BOTTLE/LOW WATER INDICATOR LIGHTS

Replace the bottle as soon as you notice that it is empty. The Add Water indicator light will tell turn on to tell you that a new bottle is needed. Follow steps in "WATER JUG INSTALLATION" when adding a new water jug.

HELPFUL TIPS

DISPENSER IS NOT WORKING

• Make sure that the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet.
• Replace water bottle if Add Water Indicator light is on.

WATER IS LEAKING

- The most common cause of leaks is a cracked bottle. Replace old water bottle with a new water bottle.

NO WATER IS COMING OUT

• Make sure bottle is not empty. If so, replace it.
• Make sure that you fully press the water control buttons.

WATER DISPENSER IS NOT COLD

- If not making ice, it may take up to 1 hour to cool. If making ice while cooling water, it may take up to 3 hours to cool water.

• Make sure back of the dispenser is at least 4 inches from a wall and that air is free to flow on all four sides of dispenser.
• Make sure the water temperature is below 89^ in water bottle.
• Water may still be cooling. Please dispense water when the cold water indicator light changing from blinking to fully on.

DISPENSER IS NOISY

- Make sure that the dispenser is positioned on a level surface.

ICE NOT BEING MADE

• Place the unit is enough a cool enough location.
• Make sure the water temperature is below 89^ .

ICE NOT DISPENSING

• Your machine may still be producing ice. Check that Ice Indicator light is fully on.
• Check that there are not ice chunks or any other debris blocking the Ice/Water Spout.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

General Cleaning

General cleaning should be performed as needed and only takes five minutes or less.

1. Clean the cabinet surfaces using a soft cloth and warm, soapy water. Rinse.
2. Wipe dust in the back of the water cooler to improve efficiency.
3. Remove Drip Tray Cover and hand wash. Take a cloth and warm, soapy water to rinse the inside of the Drip Tray, then rinse.
4. Reattach Removable Drip Tray Cover.

Cleaning Water Lines & Reservoirs

Cleaning the water lines is recommended to happen once every three months. For best results, use a mild bleach and water solution of 1 tablespoon or less of bleach to 1 gallon of water. Make sure to wear gloves when handling solution.

NOTE: Recommended to do before loading a new 3 or 5 gallon jug.

1. Unplug power cord from outlet and remove water cooler bottle.
2. Wash the Siphon Tube and clean with warm, soapy water. Rinse.
3. While wearing rubber gloves, fill an empty water cooler jug with a 1 gallon of water and 1 tablespoon or less of unscented chlorine bleach. Stir well.
4. Install the water jug filled with cleaning solution.
5. Plug your dispenser into, and follow steps to make cold water. Allow the reservoir to fill with the solution. Let the mixture sit for five to 10 minutes to disinfect the reservoir.
6. Unplug the power cord. Drain the cleaning mixture into a bowl or pitcher by unplugging the drain hole in the back of the machine.
7. Refill your empty water bottle with clean water and allow to fill the reservoir again. Drain again. If you detect any taste or scent of bleach, add another two gallons of clean water, drain and retest.

As the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, the Company will at its discretion either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period. This warranty is only available to the original retail purchaser of the product from the date of initial retail purchase, and is only valid with the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase date is required to obtain warranty benefits.
