When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including:

Operating Safety Precautions
- Prior to use, this dispenser must be properly assembled and installed in accordance with this manual.
- This dispenser is intended only for water dispensing. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT use for other purposes. Never use other liquids in the dispenser other than known and microbiologically safe bottled water. Warranty is void if used with any other liquids, such as coffee, tea, juices, beer or wine.
1. Instructions for the Electrical Cord and Plug

ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD: Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or electrical shock.

Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
• DO NOT remove ground prong.
• DO NOT use an adapter.
• DO NOT use an extension cord. -
This unit MUST be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This unit is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.
- WARNING: Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
- A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled or tripping over a long cord.
The manufacturer does not recommend using this machine in countries that do not support 120V AC even if a voltage adapter, transformer, or converter is in use.

This water cooler allows you to load 3 or 5 gallon bottles with no plumbing required! This appliance also produces its own bullet shaped ice and dispenses on demand. The touch screen control panel is equipped with intuitive indicator lights to let you know when cold water and ice is ready, or when more water is needed. ASSEMBLY

Use EXTREME CAUTION when handling the appliance. When taking out of package, it is recommended to lay the box safely on its side. The WATER COOLER & ICE DISPENSER will be mostly assembled. Once unpacked and standing upright, the Drip Tray Cover will need to be inserted.
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Install in the area where it is protected from the elements including direct sun.
- Install and use only on a hard, flat and level surface.
- Do NOT place the dispenser inside an enclosed space or cabinet.
- Position the dispenser no closer than 4 inches from the wall with at least 4 inches clearance on the sides to permit free airflow.
WATER JUG INSTALLATION

Installing and replacing 3 or 5 gallon coolers (not included) is a simple task. NOTE: Excessive weight hazard - It is recommended to use two or more people to move and install bottles. Failure to do so can result in injury.
- Open up the cabinet Door on the bottom.
- Remove the water cap off of your standard-sized 3 or 5 gallon water jug.
- Place the Siphon Tube inside of the water jug so it's touching the bottom. NOTE: When using 3 gallon jugs, place the Siphon Pump into the jug, and then slide the Collar down to the top of the water bottle.
- Make sure the Collar fits securely over the water jug top, ensuring no leakage.
- Close the door.


NOTE: The Siphon Tube features a sliding Collar that accommodates both 3 and 5 standard-sized water jugs. Make sure that the Collar fits securely over your water jug before use.
HOW TO OPERATE
WARNING: This unit is intended for water and ice made from water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT use for other purposes. Warranty is void if used with any other liquids such as coffee, tea, juices, beer or wine.
This dispenser has been designed to use water bottles with a 3 or 5 gallon capacity. DO NOT use alternative bottles.
Powering On:
- Make sure you have found a proper location for your WATER COOLER & ICE DISPENSER and have followed the steps to install a water jug.
- Plug the cord into a properly grounded wall outlet. WARNING: Always make sure that the cord is away from a water source.

After the machine has been plugged in, press the power button. The Control Panel will beep and the Power Indicator light will remain on.
-
Press the power button again to shut off the power. This will stop ice and cold water making.
DISPENSING COLD WATER
Once the machine has been powered on, the Cold Water Indicator light will flash, indicating that water is being cooled.
It will take up to 2 hours to get the water to it temperature set point. When it reaches the temperature set point, the Cold Water Indicator light will remain on.
- Place bottle, glass, or pitcher below the Ice/Water Spout.
- Press and release the Dispense Water button to start dispensing water. The button backlight will light up while dispensing.
- Press the Dispense Water button again to stop dispensing. NOTE: The machine will stop dispensing automatically after 1 minute if not stopped manually.
DISPENSING ICE
Press the Make Ice button and the machine will begin ice making production, filling the internal ice storage. At this time, the Ice Indicator light will begin flashing.
When the Ice Indicator light stops flashing and remains on, the ice making cycle has completed. Ice making will be suspended, and you can now dispense ice.
- Place bottle, glass, or pitcher below the Ice/Water Spout.
- Press and release the Dispense Ice button to dispense ice automatically. The button backlight will light up while dispensing.
- Press the Dispense Ice button again to stop dispensing.
NOTE: The machine will stop dispensing automatically after 10 seconds if not stopped manually.
NOTE: After ice is full, the machine will stop making ice and start making cold water.
After ice is dispensed, the machine will start making ice again.
REPLACING AN EMPTY BOTTLE/LOW WATER INDICATOR LIGHTS
Replace the bottle as soon as you notice that it is empty. The Add Water indicator light will tell turn on to tell you that a new bottle is needed. Follow steps in "WATER JUG INSTALLATION" when adding a new water jug.
HELPFUL TIPS
DISPENSER IS NOT WORKING
- Make sure that the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet.
- Replace water bottle if Add Water Indicator light is on.
WATER IS LEAKING
- The most common cause of leaks is a cracked bottle. Replace old water bottle with a new water bottle.
NO WATER IS COMING OUT
- Make sure bottle is not empty. If so, replace it.
- Make sure that you fully press the water control buttons.
WATER DISPENSER IS NOT COLD
- If not making ice, it may take up to 1 hour to cool. If making ice while cooling water, it may take up to 3 hours to cool water.
- Make sure back of the dispenser is at least 4 inches from a wall and that air is free to flow on all four sides of dispenser.
- Make sure the water temperature is below 89^ in water bottle.
- Water may still be cooling. Please dispense water when the cold water indicator light changing from blinking to fully on.
DISPENSER IS NOISY
- Make sure that the dispenser is positioned on a level surface.
ICE NOT BEING MADE
- Place the unit is enough a cool enough location.
- Make sure the water temperature is below 89^ .
ICE NOT DISPENSING
- Your machine may still be producing ice. Check that Ice Indicator light is fully on.
- Check that there are not ice chunks or any other debris blocking the Ice/Water Spout.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
General Cleaning
General cleaning should be performed as needed and only takes five minutes or less.
- Clean the cabinet surfaces using a soft cloth and warm, soapy water. Rinse.
- Wipe dust in the back of the water cooler to improve efficiency.
- Remove Drip Tray Cover and hand wash. Take a cloth and warm, soapy water to rinse the inside of the Drip Tray, then rinse.
- Reattach Removable Drip Tray Cover.
Cleaning Water Lines & Reservoirs
Cleaning the water lines is recommended to happen once every three months. For best results, use a mild bleach and water solution of 1 tablespoon or less of bleach to 1 gallon of water. Make sure to wear gloves when handling solution.
NOTE: Recommended to do before loading a new 3 or 5 gallon jug.
- Unplug power cord from outlet and remove water cooler bottle.
- Wash the Siphon Tube and clean with warm, soapy water. Rinse.
- While wearing rubber gloves, fill an empty water cooler jug with a 1 gallon of water and 1 tablespoon or less of unscented chlorine bleach. Stir well.
- Install the water jug filled with cleaning solution.
- Plug your dispenser into, and follow steps to make cold water. Allow the reservoir to fill with the solution. Let the mixture sit for five to 10 minutes to disinfect the reservoir.
- Unplug the power cord. Drain the cleaning mixture into a bowl or pitcher by unplugging the drain hole in the back of the machine.
- Refill your empty water bottle with clean water and allow to fill the reservoir again. Drain again. If you detect any taste or scent of bleach, add another two gallons of clean water, drain and retest.

SHOULD YOUR UNIT NOT WORK OR IF DAMAGED WHEN YOU FIRST TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX, PLEASE RETURN IT TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY.

Nostalgia Products LLC (the "Company") hereby warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal home use, provided that the product is operated and maintained in accordance with the operating instructions. As the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, the Company will at its discretion either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period. This warranty is only available to the original retail purchaser of the product from the date of initial retail purchase, and is only valid with the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase date is required to obtain warranty benefits. All warranty claims must be brought to the attention of the Company within the warranty period and no later than 30 days of the failure to perform. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by shipping, mishandling, misuse, accident, alteration, improper replacement parts, or other than ordinary household use. You may be required to return the product (with shipping prepaid by you) for inspection and evaluation. Return shipping costs are not refundable. The Company is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. Unless otherwise specifically permitted by the operating instructions, this warranty applies to indoor household use only. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with this product or the use thereof. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty does not apply to re-manufactured merchandise.
