Intended Use
This inflator is intended solely for high-flow inflation of rafts, air mattresses, swimming pool floats, etc. This product is intended for household, consumer use only.
DO nOT use under wet conditions or in presence of flammable liquids or gases.
DO nOT let children come into contact with the tool. Supervision is required when inexperienced operators use this tool.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY WARNINGS FOR YOUR INFLATOR
WARNING: Keep hair, jewelry, and loose clothing away from events, openings, and deflator port.
WARNING: FOR HOME AND CAR USE ONLY: Inflate room, swimming pool floats, air mattresses, and more in and around the home. Recommended maximum continuous duty at 65 psi is 2 minutes on with 5 minutes off.
WARNING: RISK TO BREATHING. The compressed air from your inflator is not safe for breathing. Never inhale air from your inflator or from a breathing device connected to the inflator.
WARNING: DO NOT direct inflator port towards face.
WARNING: DO NOT block inflation port when is varying or deflating.
WARNING: DO NOT place fingers or other objects in the refrigerator port hole.
WARNING: Ensure the deflator port is not obstructed when in use.
WARNING: RISK OF BURSTING. Too much air pressure causes a hazardous risk of bursting. Check the manufacturer's maximum pressure rating for objects being inflated.
WARNING: RISK OF BURSTING. Do not leave inflator ranging unattended.
WARNING: RISK OF FIRE: Inflator can become hot during use. Allow inflator to cool 30 minutes before storing away.

ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, turn unit off and remove the battery pack before making any adjustments or removing/installing attachments or accessories, when replacing line, or prior to cleaning. An accidental start-up can cause injury.
Attaching and Removing Nozzles (Fig. A, B)
- To attached a nozzle (6, 7, 8), line up the notches 9 on the nozzle with the pins 4 on the inflator port 2. Once fully on, turn the nozzle clockwise.
- To remove, turn the nozzle counterclockwise fully and slide the nozzle off.
• After removing the nozzle, place it in the nozzle storage 10.
OPERATION
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, turn unit off and remove the battery pack before making any adjustments or removing/installing attachments or accessories, when replacing line, or prior to cleaning. An accidental start-up can cause injury.
WARNING: Shock hazard. Under no circumstances should this product be used near water.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, turn off and remove battery from tool or disconnect plug from power source before making any adjustments or removing or installing attachments or accessories. Remove any accessory from the attachment before removing or installing the attachment.
General Use of Nozzles
- Small Nozzle 6: beachballs, rafts, and other inflatables with a small valve.
• Medium Nozzle 7: small inflatable pools
• Large Nozzle 8: air mattresses
Inflating (Fig. B, C)
- Attach a nozzle (6, 7, 8) to the inflator port 2 as shown in Fig. A, B
- Insert the inflator port into the inflatable.
- To switch the tool on, press the variable-speed switch on the Power Unit. The tool speed depends on how far you press the switch.
- To switch the tool off, release the variable-speed switch.
NOTE: This attachment only operates in the forward direction, the forward/reverse slider of the Power Unit should not be able to be switched to reverse.
NOTE: Operate your inflator only with the nozzles included.
NOTE: Many inflatables, especially air mattresses, have an internal flap that prevents air loss during inflation. Unless this flap is displaced by the nozzle, the mattress will not inflate. Push the nozzle firmly into the valve to ensure that you push this flap out of the way.
Deflating (Fig. D, E)
- Attach a nozzle (6, 7, 8) by pushing the nozzle into the delfator port 3 as shown in Fig. D
- Insert the nozzle into the inflatable as shown in Fig. E.
- To switch the tool on, press the variable-speed switch on the Power Unit. The tool speed depends on how far you press the switch.
• To switch the tool off, release the variable-speed switch.
Positioning (Fig. F)
The inflator port 2 can be positioned in 10 different orientations.
- Turn the inflator head 5 until it clicks out of its current position and into the next. Continue rotating until the inflator port is in the desired location.

Your BLACK+DECKER power tool has been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper tool care and regular cleaning.
Cleaning
WARNING: Never use solvents or other harsh chemicals for cleaning the non-metallic parts of the tool. These chemicals may weaken the plastic materials used in these parts. Use a cloth dampened only with water and mild soap. Never let any liquid get inside the tool; never immerse any part of the tool into a liquid.
Accessories
WARNING: Since accessories, other than those acquired by BLACK+DECKER, have not been tested with this product, use of such accessories with this tool could be hazardous. To reduce the risk of injury, only BLACK+DECKER recommended accessories should be used with this product.

Repairs
The charger and battery pack are not serviceable. There are no serviceable parts inside the charger or battery pack.
WARNING: To assure product SAFETY and RELIABILITY, repairs, maintenance and adjustment (including brush inspection and replacement, when applicable) should be performed by a BLACK+DECKER factory service center or a BLACK+DECKER authorized service center. Always use identical replacement parts.

Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. warranties this product to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years following the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home environment. This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than BLACK+DECKER and its Authorized Service Centers. A defective product meeting the warranty conditions set forth herein will be replaced or repaired at no charge in either of two ways:
The first, which will result in exchanges only, is to return the product to the retailer from whom it was purchased (provided that the store is a participating retailer). Returns should be made within the time period of the retailer's policy for exchanges. Proof of purchase may be required. Please check with the retailer for its specific return policy regarding time limits for returns or exchanges. The second option is to take or send the product (prepaid) to a BLACK+DECKER owned or authorized Service Center for repair or replacement at BLACK+DECKER's option. Proof of purchase may be required.
