3 Initial use in case of Android devices:

Connect one of the supplied antennas to the MCX connector. Then connect your DVB-T Android stick to your mobile phone using the Mirco-USB connector.

Now install the "iDTV" free app on your smartphone.

With the DVB-T receiver connected to your smartphone, open the app. The setup wizard guides you through the necessary configuration steps. Ensure that you select the correct country code when choosing your location.

The device is ready for use as soon as the initial setup is completed.

4 Using on a Windows computer

Remove the CSL DVB-T Android stick from the packaging and connect one of the supplied antennas to the MCX connector of the receiver. Now connect the DVB stick using the supplied USB OTG adapter cable to a free USB port on your computer.

Insert the driver CD into your drive and close the drive. The autoplay screen is displayed depending on the configuration and version of the operating system.

Click on "Run Autorun.exe" to access the installation menu.

Select "Driver Installation" to start the installation wizard. A confirmation prompt is displayed that needs to be accepted by clicking "Yes".

It is recommended that you close all other application before continuing.

Click Next to continue, or Cancel to exit Setup.

Now click "Next" to continue with the installation.

The driver will now be installed. Wait till the process is completed and then select "Finish". The device driver has been installed properly and the DVB-T receiver is ready to be used.

5 TotalMedia 3.5 installation

Insert the driver CD into your drive and close the drive. The autoplay screen is

displayed depending on the configuration and version of the operating system. Click on "Run Autorun.exe" to access the installation menu.

Select "Arcsoft TotalMedia" to start the installation wizard.

A confirmation prompt is displayed that needs to be accepted by clicking "Yes".

Now follow the instructions of the installation wizard to complete the process properly.

Note: The license key has to be entered for installing the software. The key can be found on the CD slave. Any value can be entered in the user name field.

Start the program after installing by double clicking on the desktop shortcut. Now select the item "TV" in the main menu. The setup wizard for the TV signal will now guide you through the software configuration for receiving the TV signal.

Select the "Manual" option in the driver CD menu to get additional information

about ArcSoft TotalMedia 3.5. Now open the "Total Media Manual" folder and then the directory that corresponds to your preferred language. You can access the operating manual of the software by double clicking on the "TotalMedia.chm" file.

Note: If only a few or no stations are found during scanning, then this is mostly likely because of the antenna alignment. Check if the cable is connected to the DVB-T stick, change the position of the antenna and scan once again. Ensure that there are no objects near the antenna, which could shield the DVB-T signal.

There are different websites in the internet which could display the signal strength of the DVB-T signal in your region. In case you have a weak signal, please also check those websites. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support if there are any questions or problems.

6 Safety instructions and liability disclaimer

Never try to open the device to carry out repairs or conversions. Avoid contact with mains voltages. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not certified for use in the open air; only use it in dry conditions. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Keep it away from high temperatures. Do not subject the device to sudden changes in temperature or heavy vibration as this might damage electronic components.

Examine the device for damage before using it. The unit should not be used if it has received an impact or has been damaged in any other way. Please observe national regulations and restrictions. Do not use the device for purposes other than those described in the instructions. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Any repair or alteration to the device not carried out by the original supplier, will invalidate the warranty or guarantee. The product may only be used by persons who have read and understood these instructions. The device specifications may change without any separate prior notice to this effect.

7 Disposal instructions
