Caution!

5. Initial use

Take the product out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Open the battery compartment at the back of the device and insert one 1.5 V AA battery. Pay attention to the correct polarity of the contacts.

6. Setting the time

To set the time, turn the "Time Setting" potentiometer at the back of the device, until the desired time is displayed on the alarm clock.

7.1 Setting the alarm

To set the alarm, turn the "Alarm time setting" potentiometer at the back of the device, until the desired alarm time is shown on the alarm clock. The alarm indicator on the front shows the currently set alarm.

7.2 Enabling/disabling the alarm

To enable or disable the alarm, move the "Alarm ON / OFF" switch to ON (switched on) or OFF (switched off) position.

7.3 Snoozing the alarm

Press the "Snooze/Light" button to snooze an alarm. The alarm is now turned off for the snooze duration of about 5 minutes and then goes off again. This process only works up to a maximum of 45 minutes.

Press the "Snooze/Light" button to turn the back light on or off.
