How to charge the NORDMÄRKE?

Connect the USB-C cable to the power adapter (5 V, 2 A) and to the charger. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The battery LED indicators show the charging status.

How to charge a device wirelessly?

Place the Qi-certified device on the plus sign (+) of the charger, then press the button next to the battery LED indicator. Make sure wireless charging is enabled in your device settings if necessary.

Why is my device not charging?

Check that your device is Qi-certified and properly centered on the plus sign (+). Make sure the NORDMÄRKE battery is not depleted. If the LED indicator flashes, it indicates an error. Try restarting the charger.

What do the LED indicators mean?

For wireless charging: LED lights up for 3 seconds when powered on, then stays on during charging, turns off when charging is complete, flashes in case of error. For battery: turns on according to charge level (5 seconds after unplugging); stays on during charging; turns off when charging is complete; flashes if battery low while wireless charging is active.

Can I use any USB-C cable?

It is recommended to use a good quality USB-C cable. The length and quality of the cable affect the charging speed. Never use a damaged cable.

Does the charger get hot normally?

Yes, it is normal for the device to heat up during charging. It gradually cools down after full charge. Do not place it on flammable surfaces.

Can I leave the charger plugged in permanently?

It is recommended to unplug the charger when not in use and before cleaning. Continuous unsupervised use is not recommended.

What to do if the battery is completely drained?

If the battery is completely drained, charging may only start after a few minutes. This is normal. The charging LED indicator on the device will light up when the battery starts charging.

How to clean the charger?

Unplug the charger before cleaning. Wipe it with a damp cloth. Never immerse the charger in water and avoid abrasive products.

Where can I find spare parts?

Charger features

• Wirelessly charges Qi-certified devices, both when connected to mains and as a power bank.

Instructions for use

• To charge NORDMÄRKE: Connect the USB-C cable to the power adapter and to NORDMÄRKE. Plug it into the wall socket. The battery LED indicators will indicate charging status.
• For wirelessly charging your Qi-certified device: make sure NORDMÄRKE is charged to the desired level, place the device to be charged on top of the plus sign (+) on NORDMÄRKE and push the button next to the battery LED indicator. The device must be placed directly over the plus sign (+) on the charger for the charging function to work optimally. Note that on some devices you may have to activate wireless charging in settings.
• If your battery is completely discharged, it may take a few minutes before it starts charging. This is entirely normal. You can see that the battery has begun charging when the charging LED on your device is lit.

Good to know

- USB cable length and quality influences charging speed and performance.

• Devices may get warm during charging; this is completely normal and they will gradually cool down again after they are fully charged.

- Charging time may vary based on the device's battery capacity, charge level, the age of the battery and the temperature in the surrounding area.

- Charger storage temperature: -20°C to 25°C.

- Charger operating temperature: 0^ to 40^ .

• Unplug the charger from the power source before cleaning and when it is not in use.
• To clean the charger, wipe with a moist cloth. Never submerge the charger in water.
• It is normal for the battery to become hot during charging and it will gradually cool down after charging.
• Disconnect the battery from the power outlet before cleaning or when it is not used.
• Battery should not be left discharged for a longer period.
• Battery should not be charged while in contact with flammable material like textiles.
