How to use the Bestron ASM250Z immersion blender?

What types of food can I blend with this appliance?

How to clean the immersion blender?

Unplug and let cool. Remove the shaft by turning clockwise. For quick cleaning, immerse the shaft in a cup half-filled with lukewarm water and run for a few seconds. Rinse and dry. The motor unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Beware of sharp blades.

Can I blend hot foods?

Yes, you can puree hot vegetables directly in the pot, but remove it from the heat before. Do not blend boiling liquids to avoid splashes.

What is the maximum continuous operating time?

The blender should not run for more than 1 minute at a time. Afterward, let it cool to room temperature before using again.

OPERATION - General information

The following description is associated with the image on page 2:

7. Take the appliance out of the packaging.

8. Clean the appliance (see 'Cleaning and maintenance').

The stickmixer is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for mixing drinks and milkshakes. The stickmixer is equipped with two finger-tip pressure switches. Switch I to blend at a low speed, pressure switch II to blend at a high speed.

1. Install the rod to the motor housing by turning it counterclockwise until it clicks.
2. Put the ingredients to be mixed in a bowl. Make up with a small amount of moist substance such as milk, juice, water to make mixing easier.
3. Potatoes and vegetables can be pureed in the saucepan, but the saucepan must first be removed from the heat source.
4. Next, insert the plug into the plug socket.
5. Hold the Hand Blender upright in the bowl or pan. Then switch on the device by pressing the on / off button. Once the button is released, the unit will stop mixing.
6. If mixing at high speed is required, hold down the turbo button. Once the button is released, the unit will stop mixing.
7. Hold the bowl / pan during use so that it cannot slide off the worktop.
8. Switch off the appliance after use by releasing the switch. Once you have finished, remove the plug from the plug socket.

WARNING:

- Never turn on the mixer if the mixing stick is not in the bowl/saucepan. Otherwise, the sharp knife may cause serious injury.

- The mixer may not be used for more than one minute without stopping. After that let the appliance cool down to room temperature.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Remove the plug from the wall socket and allow the appliance to cool down sufficiently.
2. Remove the rod from the motor housing by turning it clockwise.
3. Put the hand blender in a cup half filled with warm water. Hold the cup firmly and turn on the device for a few seconds. The knives have now been cleaned.
4. The stickmixer can be cleaned by rinsing it with running tap water. Dry it thoroughly.
5. Clean the appliance's motorunit with a damp cloth. After cleaning, dry the unit thoroughly.
6. Store the appliance.

WARNING:

- Be careful with the sharp knife during cleaning.

- Never use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents or sharp objects (such as knives or hard brushes) to clean the appliance.
