How to turn on the screen?

Press the Power button located at the bottom right of the screen or the ⏻ button on the remote control. The LED indicator turns solid white.

No image or sound displayed

Check that the power cable is plugged in and the main power switch is set to ON (I). Make sure the correct input source is selected (HDMI, VGA, etc.) and that the volume is not muted or at minimum.

How to connect a computer via HDMI?

Connect an HDMI cable between the computer and one of the HDMI 1/2/3 ports on the back of the screen. For touch, also connect a USB cable between the computer and the TOUCH 1 or TOUCH 2 port.

Touch screen not working

Make sure the screen is not exposed to direct sunlight. For an external device, check that the USB cable is properly connected to the Touch USB port on the screen. Restart the device if necessary.

How to use the remote control?

Insert two AAA batteries into the compartment on the back of the remote. Point it at the IR receiver on the front of the screen, at a maximum distance of 8 meters and within an angle of ±30 degrees.

How to reset image settings?

Open the OSD menu by swiping up from the bottom of the screen or pressing the Menu button on the remote. Go to Image > Reset to restore default values.

Screen turns off automatically

Check the Auto Standby settings in the Android Settings > System > Startup & Shutdown menu. If Auto Shutdown is enabled, the screen turns off after a period of no input signal.

How to connect the screen to Wi-Fi?

First install a Wi-Fi dongle (sold separately) into the slot underneath the screen. Then go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi, enable Wi-Fi and select your network. Enter the password if required.

How to clean the screen?

Unplug the device from the power outlet. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen and frame. Never use water, liquid cleaners, or abrasive cleaners.

Where to find the serial number?

The serial number is indicated on the label attached to the back of the screen. You can also view it from the OSD > Information > About menu.
