When cellulite is wide- spread, the fat cells in- crease in volume and thus exert a certain upward pres- sure, causing this common formation of fatty deposits on the surface of the skin. To prevent or reduce cel- lulite, medicine and the world of cosmetics oer many methods of treatment, but yet none of them have yet yielded entirely satis- factory results. However, massage that en- courages blood ow, com- bined with regular physical exercise and a balanced diet, can lead to an im- provement in the appear- ance of the skin. • Remove the packaging.

• Check that the ap- pliance, power sup- ply mains plug, and cable are not dam- aged in any way.

• Insert the connect- ing plug into the socket on the mas- sage device.

• Position the pow- er cable so that no- body trips over it. Use The massage device must not be pressed hard into the area you want to mas- sage. If the massage is painful or unpleasant, stop or change the position of the device. Do not insert or force any part of your body, espe- cially not your ngers, be- tween the rotating mas- sage rollers. Turn on the massage device using the slider switch. The massage roll- ers will start turning. You can choose between low- or high-speed massage. We recommend starting with low-speed. To turn the device o, set the slid- er switch to the 0 position. Put the Cell Roller over the ab- domen and gently tense your belly. Perform slow movements over your en- tire belly, letting the device work on each area. Start- ing from the middle of your belly, you can also work in a straight line towards ei- ther side. To work the tops of the hips, make forward- and-back movements on each side as shown in the diagram. Repeat one of these move- ments several times. After several uses, you can also choose the higher intensi- ty for improved results in less time, depending on your skin and your feeling when using the Cell Roller. comfort, stop using the Cell Roller immediately and consult your doctor. Use on the legs For an eective massage of the legs, bend over slight- ly and place the Cell Roller just above the knees. Per- form slow movements on the front and back of your thighs until you reach the groin and hips. Alternate between one leg, then the other. The mas- sage should not last longer than 5 minutes per leg. Do not go over 5 minutes per area. Use on the buttocks To tone your buttocks, start using the Cell Roller at the base of the buttocks and work up towards the waist. Let the device pass over the entire area you want to work on. You can also make horizontal outward movements from the mid- dle. The recommended du- ration of use is 5 minutes on each buttock. • Before cleaning, disconnect the ca- ble from the pow- er supply and un- plug the device.

• Clean the device us- ing only the meth- od shown. Under no circumstanc- es should liquid enter the device or its accessories.

• You can remove the massage rollers by pulling them sharp- ly. The rollers can be cleaned with a soft brush, running water and a little detergent.

• The device can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth.

• Wait until the device is completely dry be- fore re-using it. Storage

Limited warranty LANAFORM guarantees this product against any material or manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of pur- chase, except in the circum
