IX. SAFETY GUIDELINES
Follow the safety guidelines, including the following:
This device may be used by children of at least 8 years of age, people with reduced physical or mental capabilities and people with a lack of experience and knowledge, if they are provided with supervision or instructions on using the device in a safe manner, so that the associated risks are understood. Children should not play with the equipment. Unsupervised children should not perform cleaning and maintenance works on the device. Keep the device and the power cord out of the reach of children.
Before leaving the device unattended and before its assembling, disassembling, or cleaning, always unplug it from the mains. Before replacing components of the device or additional parts that are in motion during its operation, always switch off power supply and remove the plug from the wall socket.
Improper use of the device may cause injury.
The device can be used only when the electric power cord and the device itself are not damaged. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its technical service or a specialist repair shop in order to avoid a hazard.
When emptying the contents and during the cleaning be especially careful with sharp cutting edges.
Never process hot or boiling liquids. Before processing, leave them to cool. Liquids may splash during mixing.
Never immerse the mixing tip in fluids above its connexion with the body of the device.
The body of the device must be never immersed in any fluids or washed in the dishwasher.
The device is suitable only for grating or blending food products. During food processing do not use objects or substances other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
Do not use accessories other than those supplied with the device.
The mixing cup is not suitable for microwave ovens.
Risk of injury caused by sharp blades / rotating drives! Never touch the tip of the mixing blade. Do not wash the blade with bare hands. Use a brush to clean it.
NOTE! FERRO FOOD PROCESSOR IS EQUIPPED WITH SPECIAL LOCKS THAT PREVENT SWITCHING THE DEVICE ON IN CASE OF IMPROPER ASSEMBLY OF ITS PARTS!
FOR DOMESTIC USE ONLY!
Do not operate the motor for longer than 4,5 - 6 minutes, as it may overheat. After this time, turn it off for at least 20 minutes, or until the motor cools down.

XII. USE
Before the first use, wash the device.
WORKING WITH CHOPPER/MASHER (FIGURE B.)
- preparing: juices, sauces, soups and creams
- grating soft ingredients such as fruit, vegetables

preparing food for children.

Connect the drive axle (2) to the base with the motor (1).
- Place the container [1200 ml] (3) on the base with motor (1) to locate the container holder on the right side and turn it clockwise, until the lock clicks.
- Attach the chopper (16) on the drive axle (2) which is inside the container
[1200 ml] (3).
- Insert the selected products into the container.
- Place the cover (4) onto the 1200 ml container (3), and rotate it clockwise until the lock clicks
- Connect the device to a mains socket.
- Turn on the food processor by setting the switch on the selected program.
NOTE! THE FOOD PROCESSOR IS EQUIPPED WITH SPECIAL LOCKS THAT PREVENT SWITCHING THE DEVICE ON IN CASE OF IMPROPER ASSEMBLY OF ITS PARTS!
You may add individual ingredients through the inlet (5), which is located on the container cover.
WORKING WITH WHISKS/PLASTIC STIRRER (FIGURE C.)
- whisking eggs,

Connect the drive axle (2) to the base with the motor (1).
- Place the container [1200 ml] (3) on the base with motor (1) and turn it clockwise, until the lock clicks.
- Attach the whisks (16) on the drive axle (2) which is inside the container [1200 ml] (3).
- Break and pour the eggs into the container.
- Place the cover (4) onto the 1200 ml container (3), and rotate it clockwise until the lock clicks
- Connect the device to a mains socket.
- Turn on the food processor by setting the switch on the selected program.
WORKING WITH SELECTED INSERT FOR GRATING/SHREDDING (FIGURE D.)

Connect the drive axle (2) to the base with the motor (1).
- Place the container [1200 ml] (3) on the base with motor (1) and turn it clockwise, until the lock clicks.
- Connect the selected insert (20), (21), (23), (24) with the bracket for inserts (22).
- NOTE! Perform this carefully, as inserts are very sharp!

Place the bracket for inserts (22) with the selected insert onto the drive axle (2).
-
Place the cover (4) onto the 1200 ml container (3), and rotate it clockwise until the lock clicks
- Connect the device to a mains socket.
- Turn on the food processor by setting the switch on the selected program.
WORKING WITH JUICE SQUEEZER (FIGURE E.)
- for squeezing citrus,
- Connect the drive axle (2) to the base with the motor (1).
- Place the container [1200 ml] (3) on the base with motor (1) and turn it clockwise, until the lock clicks.
- Attach the basket of the juice squeezer (25) with the squeezing element to the drive axle (2) and turn it clockwise, until the lock clicks.
- Connect the device to a mains socket.
- Turn on the food processor by setting the switch on the selected program.
- Start squeezing citrus.
WORKING WITH THE BLENDER (FIGURE F.)
- for preparing mousses and smoothie
- Connect the holder with the blade (15) and with the blender seal (13). Then, insert into the blade holder (15) the blender cup (12) and rotate it clockwise direction until it stops.
- Place the blender cup (12) with the blade holder (15) on the base with motor (1) and turn it clockwise, until the lock clicks.
- Insert selected products into the blender cup.
- Place the cover (11) with the measuring cup (10) on the blender cup.
- Connect the device to a mains socket.
- Turn on the food processor by setting the switch on the selected program.
NOTE! You may add ingredients through the inlet, which is located on the cover (11) of the blender cup.
WORKING WITH THE GRINDER (FIGURE G.)
- to grind coffee and spices
- Insert selected herbs/spices or coffee beans into the grinder (9).
- Connect the holder with the blade (14) and with the seal (13). Then, insert into the blade holder (14), the grinder (9) and rotate it clockwise direction until it stops.

Place grinder (9) with the blade holder (14) on the base with motor (1) and turn it clockwise, until the lock clicks.
-
Connect the device to a mains socket.
- Turn on the food processor by setting the switch on the selected program.
Before cleaning, disconnect the unit from the wall socket.
- Wipe the base of the food processor with the motor using a damp cloth.
- The mixing whisk may rinsed with running water, but it should not be immersed in water or washed in a dishwasher.
- Clean he blender cup, grinder and the container manually with running water and leave upside down until dry.
- Holders with the blades, inserts for grating and chopping, chopper and whisk should be cleaned with a brush attached to the set, observing extreme caution, as all these elements are very sharp!
- None of the components of the set is suitable for washing in a dishwasher.
- When processing food products of distinctive colours (e.g. carrots), some parts of the device may become stained. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before cleaning them.
STORAGE
The device should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight.
EXPLANATION OF SYMBOLS
The symbol of crossed-out rubbish bin placed on the equipment, packaging or the attached documents indicates that the product must not be disposed of together with other waste.
The user shall provide worn equipment to a designated collection point for proper processing. Information on the available system of collecting electrical equipment waste may be found at the customer service of a store and at the municipal office of the city / municipality. Each household uses electrical and electronic equipment, and thus it is a potential source of waste dangerous for humans and the environment, as this kind of equipment includes hazardous substances, mixtures and components. On the other hand, worn-out equipment is a valuable material that may be a source of recyclable materials such as copper, tin, glass, iron and other.
Appropriate disposal of your old appliance will help to prevent negative consequences for the environment and human health!
