What to do if the machine does not start?

Check that the door is properly closed and the laundry is not stuck. Make sure the appliance is plugged in and the socket is powered. If the problem persists, restart the appliance or contact technical support.

How to clean the drain pump filter?

Turn off and unplug the appliance. Open the service filter, turn the filter counterclockwise to remove it. Clean any foreign objects and replace the filter by turning it clockwise. Perform this operation every 3 months.

What does error code E30 mean?

Error code E30 indicates that the door was not closed properly. Close the door tightly and restart the program. Check that no clothing is caught in the door.

How to use the delayed start?

Select the desired program, then press the Delayed Start button to set a delay from 0 to 24 hours. Press Start/Pause to start the countdown. The machine will start automatically at the end of the delay.

How much detergent should I use?

Dose detergent according to load, soiling level, and water hardness. For a full load, follow the detergent manufacturer's recommendations. Avoid excess to prevent foam formation and residues.

How to activate child lock?

Press and hold the Delayed Start and Function buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear a beep. To deactivate, repeat the same operation. This function locks all buttons except Off.

Why are there detergent residues in the drawer?

This may be due to wet or clumped detergent. Clean and dry the drawer and compartment. Use a dry and suitable detergent. Check that the drawer is inserted correctly.

How to properly install the drain hose?

Place the drain hose at a height between 60 and 100 cm. Do not bend or extend it. Securely fasten it to the main drain or a drain branch to avoid leaks.

What to do in case of abnormal noise?

Check that the transport bolts have been removed. Make sure the machine is level and on a solid floor. If the noise persists, contact technical support.

How to maintain the door gasket?

After each wash, clean the glass and gasket with a damp cloth to remove lint and stains. Lint buildup can cause leaks. Also remove small objects after each cycle.

1. Remote controls, drain intake rubbers, dockings and door seals, weather stripping.

2. Damage to enamels, paints, nickel plating, chrome plating, oxidation or other types of aesthetic parts or components that do not affect the internal functioning of the appliance.
