How to install the SHD60FLIGNE hood?

Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Drill 5 holes of 8 mm in the wall to fix the wall bracket. Connect the exhaust duct (diameter 150 mm) to the hood. Hang the hood on the bracket, then mount the chimney respecting a distance of 65 to 75 cm between the hood and the cooking surface. Ensure the hood is unplugged before any handling.

How to clean the grease filters?

Remove the filters by pulling them downwards after unlocking. Soak them in hot water (40-50°C) with a degreasing detergent for 3 minutes, then gently brush with a soft brush. Do not use abrasive detergents. Rinse and dry before replacing.

When should the carbon filter be replaced?

The carbon filter should be replaced after approximately 120 hours of use. It cannot be washed or recycled. To change it, first remove the grease filter, then unscrew the carbon filter by turning counterclockwise. Install the new filter by turning clockwise.

How to replace the LED lighting?

The LED lighting is replaceable only by a professional. If the lamp is damaged, contact an authorized service. The lamp uses a 1.5 W LED source, DC 12 V, ILCOS code DSR-1.5/65-S-64. Do not attempt to replace it yourself.

What to do if the hood does not work?

First check that the hood is properly plugged in and that the voltage matches. Make sure the speed button is correctly set. If the hood stops during operation, the safety device may have been triggered: turn off the hood, wait a few minutes, then turn it on again. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Is the hood extracting less than before?

Several possible causes: the grease filters are dirty (clean them), the carbon filter is worn (replace it), the exhaust duct is blocked (check the pipes), or the hood is installed too high. Also ensure the room is well ventilated during use.

Can the hood be used without an exhaust duct?

Yes, in recirculation mode, an activated carbon filter must be installed. In this mode, the air is filtered and then returned to the room. Make sure the carbon filter is in good condition and replaced regularly.

How to use the timer?

The timer activates only when the motor and light are on. Press the Timer button; the time is set to 5 minutes. You can repeat the operation to add minutes. Once the time is up, the hood and light turn off automatically. If you change the speed, the duration is recalculated.

What distance should be maintained between the hood and the stove?

For a gas cooktop: minimum 750 mm. For electric cooktops: minimum 650 mm. Respecting these distances is essential for safety and hood efficiency.

How to maintain the hood to extend its lifespan?

Clean the grease filters regularly (every 2 to 4 weeks depending on use). Replace the carbon filter after 120 hours. Clean the exterior of the hood with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive detergent. Always unplug the hood before maintenance. Avoid flambéing food under the hood.

* La hotte utilise des matériaux de haute qualité et est concise avec une conception rationalisée. * Le moteur d'aspiration et la feuille centrifuge produit un son très faible, les filtres de graisse sont très facies à nettoyer. * Voiture hotte est dotée d'une sécurité électrique en effet avec le contrôle de bassé tension isolé DC 12V. Voiture hotte est protégé électrique ce qui la rend plus sure. * Les filtres deGRAISSSE sont facies àretirer et à nettoyer. Essuyez légarement le moteur et les parties interieurs. * Le tuyau d'évacuation et le collecteur de graisse ont été concus spécialement, afin d'eviter la graisse accumulée à l'intérieur.

3. INSTRUCTIONS D'INSTALLATION

MISE EN GARDE:

Le non-respect des consignes suivantes concernant l'installation et la fixation de l'appareil et des vis peut entrainer un risque d'électrocution. Lorsque la hotte et un apparéil de cuisson qui est alimenté par une énergie autre que l'électricité fonctionnent simultanément, la pression négative dans la piece ne doit pas dépasser 4 Pa (4 x 10-5 Bar). 1. Si la pièce dans laquelle la hotte sera installée dispose d'une ouverture vers l'extérieur, suivez les consignes ci-dessous pour connecter la hotte à un conduit d'extraction d'air (conduit flexible émailé, en aluminium ou en matière non-inflammable, avec un diamètre interne de 150 mm).  2. Veuillez eteindre la hotte et la debrancher du secteur avant toute installation.  3. Pour un résultat optimal d'aspiration, la hotte doit être placee a une distance de 65 à75 cm au-dessus de la table de cuisson.  4.Percez 5 troue de 8 mm dans le mur, a l'endroit ou vous souhaitez monter le support mural. Fixez-le a l'aide des vis et des chevilles fournies.

 5. Connectez le gaine d'évacuation et le rabat en forme de V à la hotte.  6. Soulevez la hotte et accrochez-la sur le support mural. 

Installation de la cheminée

7. Vissez le support de cheminée extérieur sur la cheminée extérieure, assurez-vous que la cheminée interieure peut monter et descendre librement.  8. Faites glisser la partie supérieure de la cheminée à l'intérieur de la partie inférieure, puis tirez la partie supérieure vers le haut jusqu'à la hauteur souhaïtee. Fixez 2 x vis de sécurité (4 mm x 30 mm) à l'arrière du boîtier de 6 mm de diamètre.

 9. Montez la cheminée sur la hotte puis fixez-les ensemble avec 2 vis.  10. Installation du filtré à charbon. Retirez d'abord le filtré àGRAISSES en le tirant vers le bas après l'avoir débloqué.

Montez le filtré à charbon sur la hotte en le tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre. Procedez de la même manière pour le deuxième filtré. Remettez le filtré àGRAisses. 

REMARQUES :

Assurez-vous que le filtre soit solidement fixé ; dans le cas contraire, il risquerait de se detacher et de présenter un danger.

4. UTILISATION DEVOTRE HOTTE

      La commande tactile LED a cinq boutons, voir photo. (Diminuer), (Augmenter), (Lampe), (Minuterie), (Marche/Arrêt) 1. Mise sous tension : ÀpRES avoir connecté la hotte aspirante à l'alimentation principale, le retroéclairage du bouton s'allumera, la sortie sera fermée et la hotte aspirante entrera en mode veille. 2. Bouton (Marche/Arret): 2.1. Appuyez sur le bouton (Marche/Arret), le retroéclairage du bouton s'allumera et la hotte fonctionnera à vitesse faible, et la lampe s'allumera. Le retroéclairage des boutons — (Diminuer), (Augmenter), (Lampe) et (Marche/Arrêt) s'allume. Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton (Marche/Arrêt), le rétroéclairage du bouton s'éteindra et la hotte s'éteindra et reviendra en mode veille et fonctionnera par le cercle. 2.2. Le bouton du bouton (Lampe) peut etre actionne sans appuyer sur le bouton (Marche/Arret). Appuyez sur le bouton (Marche/Arret), la hotte etre eteint.

3. Bouton (Lampe) :

Appuyez sur le bouton (Lampe), le rétroéclairage de ce bouton et la lampe s'allumeront. Si vous appuyez de nouveau sur ce bouton, le rétroéclairage de ce bouton ainsi que la lampe s'éteindront. Les opérations suivantes peuvent être effectues à plusieurs reprises.

4. + Bouton (Augmenter) :

- Appuyez sur le bouton + (Augmenter) :le rétroéclairage des boutons + (Augmenter), - (Diminuer) et + (Marche/Arrêt) s'allume. La hotte aspirante se met à fonctionner à vitesse faible. L'affichage LED affichera l'indication « 1 » - Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton + (Augmenter) lorsque la hotte fonctionne en vitesse faible : le rétroéclairage des boutons + (Augmenter), — (Diminuer) et Ⓞ (Marché/Arrêt) s'allume. La hotte aspirante fonctionne à vitesse moyenne et l'affichage LED affichera l'indication « 2 » - Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton + (Augmenter) lorsque la hotte fonctionne à vitesse moyenne : le rétroéclairage du bouton + (Augmenter) s'éteindra. Les boutons — (Diminuer) et Ⓞ (Marche/Arrêt) resteront illumines. La hotte aspirante fonctionne à vitesse élevé et l'affichage LED affichera l'indication « 3 » - Si vous appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton (Augmenter) alors que la hotte fonctionne à vitesse élevée, celle-ci continuera de fonctionner à vitesse élevé.

5. Bouton (Diminuer)

- Appuyez sur le bouton — (Diminuer) pour que la hotte diminue d'une vitesse, l'affichage indiquera la vitesse de fonctionnement actuelle. Si vous appuyez sur le bouton — (Diminuer) lorsque la hotte fonctionne à vitesse elevée, celle-ci passera en vitesse moyenne. Le rétroéclairage des boutons + (Augmenter), — (Diminuer) et (Marche/Arrêt) sera allumé. Si vous appuyez sur le bouton — (Diminuer) lorsque la hotte fonctionne à vitesse moyenne, celle-ci passera en vitesse faible. Le rétroéclairage des boutons + (Augmenter), — (Diminuer) et (Marche/Arrêt) sera allumé. Si vous appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton — (Diminuer) lorsque la hotte fonctionne à vitesse faible, la hotte s'éteindra, tout comme le rétroéclairage du bouton — (Diminuer).

4. UTILISATION DEVOTRE HOTTE

6. Bouton (Minuterie) : Le bouton (Minuterie) fonctionne uniquement lorsque le moteur et la lumière sont actifs. Le réglage de la minuterie s'éleve à 5 min. La minuterie peut être repétée. Une fois le temps écoulé, la hotte aspirante et la lumière s'éteindront. - Une fois la minuterie reglee, si vous ajustez entre-temps la vitesse, le delai de la minuterie sera recalculé.

5. ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE

Conseils pour remplacer et nettoyer les filtres de graisses - Retirez les filtres comme indiqué dans le schéma.10 - Nettoyez les filtres comme suit : Plongez les filtres dans l'eau chaude pendant 3 minutes (40-50 dégrées) avec le dédTergent, et puis le Brossez avec unerosse souple. Ne Brossez pas avec force pour ne pas les endommager. - N'utilisez pas le détergent abrasif pour éviter d'endommager la hotte. Assurez-vous que la hotte soit débranchée avant de la nettoyer. changer le filtré à charbon (voir Fig. 11) 1. Retirez les filtres comme indiquedans le schema.10 2. Les filtres à charbon (scheme.11) sont installés sur les deux bouts du moteur. Tournez les filtres à charbon jusqu'à ce qu'ils sont dévisse. 3. Pour démonter le filtré à charbon, faites l'opération dans le sens inverse. Avertissement: le filtré à charbon ne peut pas être nettoyé ni recyclé. Il doit être remplacec après environ 120 heures d'utilisation.  schéma.10  schéma.11

6. DEPANNAGE

La hotte ne fonctionne pas. • Vérifiez si l'applieil est branché. • Vérifiez si le bouton de vitesse est bien régle.	• Le bouton à vitesse force n'est pas pressé. • Le filtré àGRAisse est sale. • La cuisine n'est pas bien ventilée. • Si la hotte est utilisé pour la recirculation, vérifie que les filtres à charbon n ont été pas usés. • Si vous faites fonctionner la hotte pour aspirer, vérifie que les tuyaux et les sorties ne sont pas bloqués.
La hotte ne fonctionne pas efficacement.
La hotte s'arrête durant le fonctionnement.	• Le dispositif de sécurité de coupure a été démarré. • Eteignez la hotte et attendez jusqu'à ce que le dispositif soit redémarré. • Notez que si vous avons installé votre hotte trop bas, cela apparaitra. • Si cela apparait souvent, elle peut être endommagé.

Clean the cooker hood according to the instruction manual and keep the cooker hood from the danger of burning. 18. 2. FUNCTION AND FEATURE

* The cooker hood is made of high quality materials with streamlined design accordingly to technical and physical engineering theory, high end and luxury with age aesthetic feeling, also there are kinds of styles for your option to perfect your kitchen. * Equipped with a large power low noise electric motor and centrifugal leaf, it produces strong suction, low noise, non stick grease filter and easy to clean. * With the isolated low voltage circuit board control, DC 12V input, the lights are more concentrative and use is much safer. * The grease filter is easy to remove and clean, and only wipe lightly for the motor and other interior parts. * Special wind tunnel construction and oil collector design, avoiding redundant grease left in the flue.

CAUTION :

Failure to observe the following instructions regarding the installation and securing the unit and screws may result in a risk of electric shock. When the range hood and a cooking appliance that is powered by an energy other than electricity operate simultaneously, the negative pressure in the room must not exceed 4 Pa (4 x 10-5 Bar). 1. If the room in which the hood will be installed has an opening outside, follow the instructions below to connect the hood to an air extraction duct (enamelled flexible duct, in aluminum or non-flammable material, with an internal diameter of 150mm ).  2. Please switch off the cooker hood and unplug it from the mains before any installation.

3. For optimum vacuuming results, the hood should be placed at a height distance of 65 to 75cm above the hob.  4. Drill 5 × 8mm holes in the wall where you want to mount the wall bracket. Secure it using the screws and dowels provided.  5. Connect the exhaust duct and the V-shaped flap to the hood.  6. Lift the hood and hang it on the wall bracket.

7. Screw the outer chimney support onto the outer chimney, make sure the inner chimney can move up and down freely. 

3. INSTALLATION

8. Slide the upper part of the chimney inside the part lower part, then pull the upper part up to the height desired. Attach 2 x Security Screws (4mm x 30mm) to the back of the 6mm thick case. diameter.  9. Mount the chimney on the hood then fix them together with 2 screws.  10. Installing the charcoal filter. First, remove the grease filter by pulling it down after having unblocked.   Mount the charcoal filter on the hood by turning it clockwise. Clockwise. Do the same for the second filtered. Replace the grease filter. 

REMARKS:

- Make sure the filter is securely attached; otherwise, it may come loose and pose a hazard.

4. HOW TO USE YOUR COOKER HOOD

LED touch control

 LED touch control has five buttons, see pic. —(Decrease), + (Increase), Lamp), (Timer), (Power) 1. Power-on: After connecting the cooker hood to the main supply, the backlight of button will turn on, output will be closed and the cooker hood will enter into stand-by mode. 2. (Power) button: 2.1. Press (Power) button, the backlight of button will be on and the hood will work at the low speed, and the light will be on. The backlight of the buttons — (Decrease), — (Increase), — (Lamp), and — (Power) will be on. Press (Power) button again, the backlight of button will be off and the cooker hood will be turn off and return into stand-by mode and operate by the circle. 2.2. The button of (Lamp) button could be operated without pressing the (Power) button. Press (Power) button, the cooker hood will be turn off. 3. (Lamp) button: Press (Lamp) button, the backlight of this button and the lights will be on. Press again, the backlight of lamp button and the lights will be off. The above steps can be operated repeatedly. 4. + (increase) button: 4.1 Press + (Increase) button, the backlights of + (Increase) button, - (Decrease) button and (Power) button will be on. The cooker hood starts to work at the low speed and the LED display will display "1".

4. HOW TO USE YOUR COOKER HOOD

4.2 Press + (Increase) button again when it works at low speed, the backlights of + (Increase) button, - (Decrease) button and (Power) button keep bright. The cooker hood works at the mid speed and the LED display will display "2". 4.3 Press (Increase) button again when it works at mid speed, the backlights of (Increase) button will be off. The (Decrease) button and (Power) button keep bright. The cooker hood works at the high speed and the LED display will display "3". 4.4 Press (Increase) button again when it works at high speed, the cooker hood will still work at the high speed. 5. (Decrease) button Press (Decrease) button, the cooker hood will decrease one speed, and the display will show the current working speed. Press (Decrease) button when it works at high speed, the cooker hood works at the mid speed. The backlights of the (Increase) button, (Decrease) button and (Power) button will be on. Press (Decrease) button when it works at mid speed, the cooker hood will work at the low speed. The backlights of the (Increase) button, (Decrease) button and (Power) button keep bright. When press (Decrease) button again when it works at low speed, the cooker hood will turn off and the backlight of the (Decrease) button will be off. 6. (Timer) button: 6.1 The (Timer) button works when the motor and light is on only. The timer setting is 5mins. The timer could be repeat setting. When the time is up, the cooker hood will be turn off and the light will be off. 6.2 When the timer is set, if adjusting the speeds, the timer will re-calculate the working time.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Changing and cleaning the anti-grease filters - Removing the filters as the instruction in Pic. 10. - You can clean the filter as below measure: Soak them for about 3 minute in hot water (40-50 degrees) with a grease-loosening detergent then brush it gently with a soft brush. Please do not apply too much pressure, avoid damaging it. - Please do not use abrasive detergent for it will damage the hood. - Make sure that the hood is shut off before cleaning. Change the charcoal filter (see Pic. 11). 1. Remove the filters see Pic.10. 2. The charcoal filters (Pic.11) are located at both end of the motor. Turn the charcoal filters until they are unscrewed. 3. Apply reverse procedure to uninstall the charcoal filter. Warning: the charcoal filer cannot be washed or recycled. It should be replaced after approximately 120 hours of use.  Pic.10  Pic.11

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom	Solution
The cooker hood does not start.	Check that the hood is connected to the electricity supply. Check that the fan speed control is set properly.
The cooker hood is not working Effectively.	The fan speed is not set high enough. The grease filter is dirty. The kitchen is not ventilated well enough. If the hood is set for recirculation, check that the carbon filters have not expired. If the hood is set for extraction, check that the ducting and outlets are not blocked.
The cooker hood has switched off during operation	The safety cut-out device has been tripped. Turn off the hob and then wait for the device to reset. Note that if you have installed your cooker hood too low, this will happen. If it happens frequently, it will be damaged.
