How to turn the TV on or off?

Use the ON/OFF button on the remote control. Press once to turn on, press again to turn off.

How to change the input source (HDMI, USB, etc.)?

Press the INPUT button on the remote control. Use the ▼/▲ keys to select the desired source (HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, AV, USB, etc.), then press OK.

How to adjust picture quality?

Access the main menu by pressing the MENU button, then select PICTURE. You can adjust the picture mode (Standard, Cinema Day, Dynamic, Sport...), backlight, brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, and other advanced settings such as color temperature and noise reduction.

How to connect the TV to the Internet?

From the NETWORK menu, select Network Setup to configure a Wi-Fi or wired connection (via RJ45 port). Then, choose Internet Connection to verify the connection.

How to enable parental control?

Go to SYSTEM > Parental Control. A PIN code will be required (default: 0000 or similar). You can then block channels or programs according to their rating.

How to use the USB media player?

Insert a USB flash drive into the TV's USB port. Press the MEDIA button on the remote control or go to the home screen and select Media Center. You can then browse and play your videos, music, or photos.

How to reset the TV to factory settings?

Go to SYSTEM > SUPPORT > Restore factory settings. Confirm the operation by following the on-screen instructions. All your settings will be erased.

What to do if the remote control does not work?

Check the batteries: replace them if necessary. Make sure no obstacle is blocking the TV's infrared sensor. If the problem persists, try turning the TV off and on using the physical button (if available).

How to update the TV software?

Go to SYSTEM > SUPPORT > System Update. Select Check for update. If an update is available, follow the instructions to install it. Make sure the TV is connected to the Internet.

The TV displays a 'No signal' or 'No channel' message, what to do?

Check the antenna or cable connection. Make sure the input source is correct (press INPUT). If using DTT, run an Auto search for channels in the CHANNEL menu.

Due to the complexity of the technology used in the manufacture of LCD, TFT and LED screens, it is possible that some of the pixels that make up the screen may be defective. While it is desirable for all the pixels to function correctly, this is not always possible from a production perspective. For this reason, HKC certi es that its LED TV products meet the criteria of admissible defect described herein and certi es that its LED TV screens are class A.

If an LED TV screen has dark or bright pixels, this is only considered to be a fault by HKC when the ranges established herein for an LED panel to be considered defective are exceeded, thereby allowing HKC to manage the replacement or warranty of the panel due to a product non-conformance. As a rule and except for limited exceptions, HKC considered an LED TV product to be faulty when it has a considerable number of permanently bright or dark pixels. As a reference, an LCD/LED panel has more than 1 million pixels and a single defective pixel is therefore not considered to constitute a lack of conformance and cannot be catalogued as a fault, as this circumstance will not a ect the correct functioning of the product.
