How to recharge the batteries of the AS380/15?
Turn off the device, open the recovery tank cover to access the battery compartment. Plug the charger into a wall outlet (100-240 V) and connect the charging cable to the device's socket. The charge indicator lights up. Once charging is complete (steady green LED), first unplug the cable from the wall outlet, then from the device. Close the cover.
What type of battery to use and how to set the charger?
The device uses AGM batteries (Discover or Fullriver). The charger can be configured via DIP switches (SW1/SW2) to adapt the charging curve. Refer to the manual for precise settings. By default, the profile is IUoU-AGM/GEL. Only modify the settings if you are trained.
How to clean the squeegee and blades?
To clean the squeegee, lower it and inspect the front/rear blades. Unscrew the six wing nuts to remove the blades. Clean or replace if cracked. Reassemble in reverse order. For the squeegee itself, loosen the fixing knobs, slide it out of the supports, clean and put back in place.
How to drain the solution and recovery tanks?
For the solution tank, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom, let the water drain into a bucket. Rinse with clean water. For the recovery tank, open the latch, remove the tank, open the cover and empty the dirty water. You can also use the drain plug. Clean with fresh water after each use.
What to do if the dirty water suction is insufficient?
Check that the recovery tank is not full. Ensure the hose is properly connected to the squeegee. Clean the suction device and the float. Check that the squeegee is clean and its blades are not worn. Also check that the tank cover is properly closed and the seal is in good condition.
How to change the brush or pad?
Turn off the device and lower the squeegee. Tilt the device as indicated. Mount the brush/pad driver onto the hub and turn counterclockwise until it locks. To remove, turn clockwise until release. Clean the brush regularly with water and detergent.
What are the recommended daily maintenance tasks?
After each use: empty and clean the solution and recovery tanks. Clean the squeegee. Recharge the batteries. Check the condition of the blades and brush. Store the device in a clean, dry place, with the brush and squeegee raised.
What to do if the device does not start?
Check that the battery is connected and charged. The power indicator (51) should light up. If the indicator flashes red, recharge the batteries. Check the cables and connectors. If the problem persists, contact an approved after-sales service.
Can detergents be used in the solution tank?
Yes, but only non-foaming products suitable for scrubber-dryers. Follow the recommended dosages. Do not exceed 40°C for water. Avoid flammable or corrosive products that could damage the device.

Please contact our customer service for the replacement of an old or broken battery pack.

Never use battery packs supplied by a third party. Risk of fire and electric shock may exist

Spill or Leak Procedures: Stop flow of material; contain/absorb small spills with dry sand, earth,

and vermiculite. Do not use combustible materials. If possible, carefully neutralize spilled electrolyte

with soda ash, sodium bicarbonate, lime, etc. Wear acid-resistant clothing, boots, gloves, and face

shield. Do not allow discharge of un-neutralized acid to sewer.

Waste Disposal Method: Spent batteries: Send to secondary lead smelter for recycling.

While charging: The machine cannot be operated during charging.

Charging time: Empty battery to fully charge is about 16 hours

Battery fully: If the battery is full, but charger still plugged in, the charger into floating mode (current is very small), the appliance can't work

Charging: The charger plug in, the appliance into the charging automatically.

Cord set: See technical data for as suitable cord set to be used.

  1. Turn off the machine and disassemble the cover (A as Figure 4) from the machine. Then remove the round black cap located on the front side of the charger (B as Figure 4). You will find the 2 sets of dipswitches (SW1 and SW2) in the charger.
  2. Only the DP1 of dip switch SW2 has effect on charging curve selection accordingly to the table below. The other switches should be always OFF.
