- PLEASE READ THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Clean the transparent lid, the glass jars and their lids with hot soapy water. Rinse with clean water then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
USE
Starting an operating cycle
- Place the filled jars without their lids in the yogurt maker. Cover it with its transparent cover and plug it in. The display first shows 88 hr then 00.
- Select a cycle duration by pressing the "Time" button until the desired duration. theoperating time can be set between 1 hour ("60 min" display) and 15 hours.
- Press the "Start / Stop" button to start the program. The word "Hr" flashes.
- The appliance stops automatically at the end of the selected time and goes into today before. The display shows [DC].
To stop manually, press the button "On / off", the device will go into standby and the screen will display □□. - Unplug the power cord from the power outlet and remove the transparent cover from the device.
Note: during use, condensation forms under the lid of the yogurt maker. This is normal. We recommend that you take care when removing the transparent cover to prevent water from dripping on the yogurt.
RECIPE
Plain yogurts
Ingredients (for 12 jars):
- 2 plain yogurts
- 2 liters of UHT sterilized whole milk
Mix the two plain yogurts ina salad bowl then gradually pour in the milk until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Distribute the preparation in equal quantity in the glass jars thenplace them without their lids in the yogurt maker.
Start a 10 hour cycle.
At the end of the cycle, place the yoghurt pots with their lids in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before eating them.
You can store yogurt for a maximum of 7-10 days.
CHOICE OF MILK AND FERMENT
Milk
All milks can be used:
- Long-life milk - sterilized at ultra-high temperature (UHT): this milk does not require prior boiling, which is why we recommend it in our preparation of plain yogurts.
- Pasteurized milk / Raw milk: these milks must be brought to the boil and then cooled before use.
Ferment
Several types of ferments can be used:
- Store-bought plain yogurts
- Yogurts from a previous production: for a better result, we advise you to renew these yogurts every 5 generations
Preparation time

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Appliance base: before cleaning make sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet. Clean the base with a damp cloth and dry it completely.
Appliance cover: We recommend hand washing using a soft sponge and warm soapy water.
Glass jars and their lids: cleaning in the dishwasher is possible. Remember to dry them well when they are taken out.
STORAGE
Store the device and accessories preferably in their packaging, in a dry place and out of the reach of children.
