How do I pair the MagicPencil 3 with my tablet?

Attach the stylus notch to the top of the compatible tablet until a prompt appears. To pair with another tablet, repeat the operation.

How do I charge the stylus?

Attach the stylus to the tablet as for pairing. Charging occurs automatically. The stylus does not work while charging.

How do I replace the stylus tip?

Pinch the tip and turn it counterclockwise to remove it. Insert the new tip and turn clockwise to lock.

What should I do if the stylus does not respond?

Check the charge by attaching the stylus to the tablet. If unused for a long time, charge it for 5 to 10 minutes to exit battery protection state.

Is the stylus compatible with all Honor tablets?

No, it is only compatible with Honor tablets that support stylus attachment. See the official compatibility list.

What are the important safety precautions?

Pairing and Charging

When using the stylus pen for the first time, pair it with the tablet.

Method:

Attach the notch of the stylus pen to the top of the tablet for pairing or charging. Use this method if the tablet supports attaching styluses.

The attachment position may vary by model. You can place the stylus pen per the illustration below until a prompt pops up on the tablet screen.

• If you want to connect the stylus pen to another tablet, please pair the stylus pen with the new tablet per the above pairing method.
  • The stylus pen does not work during charging.
• The stylus pen will go into a deep sleep state after sitting for a period to reduce power consumption. To wake it up, please follow the above charging method.
• When the stylus is unused for long, the power will slowly deplete until it enters a battery protection state. Then you need to charge it for 5 to 10 minutes before using it again.

Replacing the Pen Tip

Method:

1 Pinch the tip and rotate it counterclockwise until it is removed from the pen body.
2 Pinch the top of the new tip and insert the lower part into the pen. Then, rotate the tip clockwise to lock it into place. Make sure that the tip is secure to prevent it from becoming loose and falling out.

• The pen tip may wear out during daily use, especially when used on a rough protective film.
• Keep the stylus pen carefully to prevent it from dropping and tip damage.
