How to turn on and adjust the light intensity?

Press the switch on the back to turn on. For stepwise dimming, press twice to go from 100% to 50%. For continuous dimming, hold down the switch: the intensity decreases gradually. Release and press again to increase.

Can I use this floodlight with an external dimmer?

No, this floodlight is not suitable for use with external dimmers. Only use the built-in switch.

What to do if the cable is damaged?

The cable cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the floodlight must be disposed of.

Can I replace the light source?

No, the LED light source is not replaceable. When it reaches the end of its life, replace the entire floodlight. Do not open the device.

What is the minimum distance to observe to avoid overheating of illuminated objects?

The manual does not specify a minimum distance, but indicates that illuminated objects may overheat if the distance is not respected. Place the floodlight at a sufficient distance to avoid any risk.

How to mount the floodlight on a tripod?

Use the holes provided on the carrying handle. A screw kit (1 screw M6x45, 1 washer, 2 screws M6x60, 2 washers, 2 nuts) is supplied to fix the floodlight on a suitable tripod (not included). Check stability.

Can the floodlight be used outdoors?

Yes, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use thanks to its protection rating IP54 and IK08. Use it only with the handle unfolded and on a flat surface.

How to clean the floodlight?

Before any cleaning, unplug the floodlight. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive products.

What does the IP54 rating mean?

IP54 means that the floodlight is protected against dust (5) and against splashing water (4). It can therefore be used outdoors without risk of failure due to moisture.

Can I use the power socket at the back even if the lamp is off?

Yes, the power socket works independently of the lamp status. It can power other devices up to 2000 W.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Always check the product for damage before use. Never use the product in case of any damage. If this is the case, please refer to an electrician or the manufacturer's service address.

Non-compliance poses a risk of fatal injury from electrical current!

1. Do not use the product in potentially explosive atmospheres – danger of death!
2. Keep the floodlight away from children. Children are not aware of the risks imposed by electric current
3. Please never look directly into the light.
4. The external flexible cable of this lamp cannot be exchanged; if the cable is damaged, the lamp has to be scrapped.
5. A destroyed protective cover cannot be replaced. The floodlight has to be disposed of.

Not suitable for applications with external dimmers.

If the minimum distance is not complied with, illuminated objects may overheat.

OPERATION

Setting up and turning on the light

Place the light on a dry, flat surface. Only use the light with the bracket A extended. The adjustable bracket A can be adjusted to several levels and can be used to set the light at different tilt angles.

Mounting the light on a tripod

The light can be mounted on a suitable tripod using the holes on bracket (mounting material not included!). Make sure the tripod is sufficiently stable and the light is securely mounted.

Switching and Dimming the light

Switch on the spotlight with the switch B on the back.

The light intensity can be adjusted in steps and continuously:

Steps dimming: by pressing the switch twice, 100 and 50% light can be adjusted.

Stepless dimming: press the switch permanently – the light intensity is slowly reduced.

Proceed in the same way to increase the intensity again.

If the switch is left in any of its "on" positions for longer than 3 seconds, then pressing it once again will always turn it off.

Power socket

At the back side of the floodlight, there is a power socket © by means of which it can also be used as power distributor. The power socket © is also functional when the light is switched off.

TRIPOD MOUNTING

By means of the holes in the holding bracket, the floodlight can be mounted on a Brennenstuhl tripod.

MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION! The LED lamp does not contain components that require maintenance. The light source in this lamp cannot be replaced; if the light source has reached the end of its service life, the entire lamp has to be replaced. The lamp may not be opened.

CLEANING

Before cleaning, disconnect the floodlight from the mains power.

Do not use solvents, caustic cleaning agents or similar products. Only use a dry or slightly moistened cloth for cleaning.

DISPOSAL

Dispose of electrical devices in an environmentally friendly way!

Electrical devices do not belong in the household rubbish!

According to the European Directive 2012/19/EU on old electrical and electronic devices, used electrical devices must be collected separately and turned over for environmentally friendly recycling. You can find out about options for disposal of the out-of-service device at your town or city administration.
