Solar Animal Repellent through vibrations – no chemicals, no ground pollution! Safety instructions Important: Damage caused by not adhering to the operating instructions is not covered by guarantee. ISOTRONIC accepts no liability whatsoever for any resulting consequent damages. - Only operate the device at its intended voltage. - In case of repairs, only use original spare parts, to avoid seriousdamage. - Check feed cables and conducting cables connected to the device for breaks or insulation defects. If you find a defect or there is visible damage do not use the device. - Repairs or other works, e.g. changing a fuse, etc. may only be carried out by an appropriately trained, skilled person. - It must be noted that operator or connecting errors lie outside the influence of ISOTRONIC and we cannot accept any liability for resulting damages. - Always check whether the device is suitable for the respective place where you intend using it. -This device is not suitable for use by persons (including children aged from 8 years) with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or with a lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised and have been instructed in the use of the device by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the device. Product description This animal repeller device is one of the new generation of repellers! It generates quartz vibrations in approx. 40 sec intervals within a frequency range of 400-800 Hz ± 50 Hz. Outdoor test showed that these specially generated vibrations have an optimum effective area of approx. 700 m², depending on condition of soil. Because the tone frequencies and vibrations are intolerable for many soil animals, they migrate to other areas within just a few days. In some case moles initially respond defiantly to the deployment of the device by increasing their digging activity and creating additional molehills. This is a natural reaction. Other useful animals are not harmed. The Solar Animal Repeller can be used in the garden, in the field or in other outdoor areas with unwanted rodents. The finely tuned electronic components and the efficient solar modules guarantee constant function even with poor light. This appliance not only repels rodents and ants! Installation and maintenance PLEASE MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE THAT THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED BEFORE USING THE DEVICE FOR THEFIRST TIME. WITH THE DEVICE TURNED OFF, PLACE IT INTO THE GROUND FOR ABOUT 12 HOURS IN THE SUN BEFORE USE. Insert the device into the ground, so that up to ¾ of the aluminium stake is beneath the surface. To start up, select the operating mode on the underside of the housing. The animal repellent device is now ready for operation. Check the function of the device regularly. Installation suggestion (see drawing): Place the repeller in such a position that animals will have the possibility to flee from your land. After about 5-6 weeks the device/s should be moved approximately 4-5 metres in the direction of the escape route.

ATTENTION: Never stick the device directly into the hill. If you are using several devices, never install them in the corners of the plot; you then contain the animals in the middle and block their possible escape routes. Start repelling the animals directly at the house and work your way toward the property boundaries. In very dry and hard soil, drill a hole in the ground and compact the soil around the rod. Look out for underground barriers, such as pipes, foundations, edges and borders, and concrete slabs! These barriers reduce the spreading of the frequency waves and their effectiveness.IMPORTANT NOTICE: The battery integrated into the device has already been charged, and the device is ready for use. Self- discharge of the battery is possible depending on the transportation conditions. Please charge the battery prior to use with the integrated solar cell. In order to do so, turn the device off and leave it stuck in the ground for 2 days, switched off. Please repeat this charging process if the device is not functioning. To prevent deep discharge of the battery, please take the device out of the ground at temperatures below 0° Celsius and store it in a warm place. This protects the battery so the device will be functional for several years. • Instructions for battery disposal: Batteries are subject to legal provisions. After use they must therefore be returned to the point of sale or to a collecting point of public facilities for harmful substances. Batteries may never be disposed as household waste, in the yellow sack or other. Dispose of batteries only when completely discharged into awaste batteries collecting container and take precautions against short circuit (e.g. by masking the poles). General information

Guarantee does not apply on wearing parts (for example rechargeable batteries) and damage caused by not adhering to the operating instructions is not covered by guarantee either. Since ISOTRONIC has no influence on correct and appropriate assemblage and operation it is obvious that guarantee applies only on completeness and proper condition. ISOTRONIC takes on neither liability nor guarantee for damages or consequential damages in connection with this product. This applies especially when the device was altered or repaired, when circuits were changed or non-original spare parts were used or when damage was caused by false or negligent operation or abuse. Environmental protection notice At the end of its life span this product may not be disposed as normal household waste but must be disposed of at a collecting place for recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
