Frequently Asked Questions - AC125508.1 Emerio

How to turn on the appliance?
Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet. Press the on/off button to turn on the appliance. It will then operate at low speed. Press the button again to put it into standby.
How to use the cooling function?
Fill the water tank between the MIN and MAX marks. Add a pre-frozen ice pack for more intense cooling. Press the cooling button to activate the function. The corresponding indicator light turns on. Do not activate this function if the water level is below the MIN mark.
How to clean the air filter and cooling pad?
Unplug the appliance. Loosen the screws of the air filter, pull the tab to remove the filter and pad. Clean with a neutral cleaner and a soft brush, rinse thoroughly. Dry the parts before reassembling. Reassemble carefully to avoid leaks.
What to do if the appliance does not cool?
Check that the tank contains enough water (above the MIN mark) and that the cooling function is activated. Make sure the air filter and cooling pad are clean. If the problem persists, the water level may be insufficient or the ice packs not cold enough.
Can I use the appliance without water?
Yes, the appliance can function as a simple fan without water. In this case, do not activate the cooling function. The tank can be empty or contain water, but the cooling function will not be active.
How to set the timer?
Press the timer button to increase the operating time from 1 to 7 hours. Each press adds one hour. The corresponding indicator light turns on. When the time is up, the appliance turns off automatically.
How to change the remote control battery?
Remove the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Replace the used battery with a new CR2025 battery, observing polarity. Before long periods of non-use, remove the battery to prevent leakage.
Why does the appliance beep and continue to run after turning it off?
This is the shutdown delay function. When the cooling is deactivated less than 5 minutes before turning off, the fan continues to run for about 5 minutes to dry the appliance. This is normal and helps prevent moisture.
How to store the appliance at the end of the season?
Empty the water tank completely and clean it. Clean the air filter and cooling pad. Dry all parts before reassembling. Store the appliance in a dry, dust-free place.
What to do in case of water leakage?
Check that the water tank is correctly inserted and the latch is in the horizontal position. Make sure the water level does not exceed the MAX mark. If the leakage persists, the cooling pad may be improperly installed; remove it and reinsert it carefully. If the problem continues, contact after-sales service.

Check the water level from the water level window in the front side of the appliance.

Important! Use of the ice boxes:

Add water into the ice boxes; do not exceed the MAX line on the ice box when adding water into it. Screw the cap tightly to make sure there is no leakage of water droplet. Keep the ice boxes away from children to prevent ingestion. Freeze the ice boxes by placing them horizontally instead of standing vertically in the freezer to avoid deformation.

  1. Swing button:

Press the swing button to turn on the swing function. The corresponding indicator light will be on. The air flow will swing left and right. Press the swing button again to cancel the swing and fix the air flow at a specific direction horizontally. To adjust the air flow direction vertically, just lift up or press down the louver outside.

6. Cool button:

Press the cool button to turn on the cooling function. The corresponding indicator light will be on. This function is only effective when the water tank has ice box(es) inside. Do not activate this function when the water in the water tank is below the "MIN" level; add enough water into the water tank first.

- Sleep mode: When you set the wind speed to "Low" the wind speed will switch automatically between medium wind speed and low wind speed with short time suspended. When you set the wind speed to "Mid" or "High" the wind speed will change randomly among low wind speed, medium wind speed and high wind speed.

- Natural mode: When you set the wind speed to "Low" the wind speed will switch automatically between medium wind speed and low wind speed with short time suspended. When you set the wind speed to "Mid" or "High" the wind speed will change randomly among low wind speed, medium wind speed and high wind speed with short time suspended.
