How to turn the screen on and off?

Press the power button under the screen or on the remote control. To turn off, hold the button for 3 seconds then confirm. The LED indicator turns red in standby.

How to connect a computer via HDMI?

Plug an HDMI cable between the computer and one of the HDMI ports (HDMI1, HDMI2 or HDMI3). Then select the corresponding input source in the OSD menu or via the remote control.

How to use the touch screen with an external PC?

Connect a USB cable between the USB TOUCH 1 or TOUCH 2 port on the screen and a USB port on your PC. Ensure the screen is in PC input mode (HDMI, VGA, etc.).

What to do if the screen does not turn on?

Check that the power cord is plugged in and the power switch at the rear is set to ON. Try pressing the power button on the remote control. If nothing happens, contact support.

How to adjust brightness and contrast?

Open the OSD menu by sliding the bottom of the screen upward or pressing the Menu button on the remote. Go to 'Image' and adjust brightness, contrast and color according to your preferences (in Custom mode).

Can I use the screen without an Internet connection?

Yes, the screen works fully without Internet for local applications like whiteboard, file reading, etc. Some functions like Creative Cast sharing or OTA updates require a connection.

How to clean the screen without damaging it?

Unplug the device. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the screen and frame. Never use water, solvents or abrasive cleaners.

How to lock the screen to prevent unauthorized use?

Go to Settings > Security > Screen lock password. Set a 4-digit code. Once activated, the screen will ask for this code to unlock.

How to update the firmware?

Connect the screen to the Internet, then go to Settings > System > Update. Enable OTA update and the system will automatically check for new versions. You can also use a USB stick by downloading the firmware from the Optoma website.

What to do if the remote control stops working?

Check that the batteries are inserted correctly (polarity +/-) and are not depleted. Point the remote at the IR receiver (located at bottom right of the screen) within 8 meters and without obstacles. Replace batteries if necessary.
