Liquids, such as water, coffee, or tea are able to overheat beyond the boiling point without appearing to be boiling dueto surfactension of the liquid. Visible bubbling or boiling when the container is removed from the microwave oven is not always present. This could result in very hot liquid suddenly boiling over when the container is disturbed by autensilis inserted into the liquid. Toreducetheriskof injurytoperson:

- Donattempttooperatethisovenwiththedoor-open, since, opendooroperationcanresultinharmfulexposuretomicrowaveenergy. Donottomodifyortamperwiththesafetyinterlocks.
- Donotplaceanyobjectbetweentheovenfrontfaceandthedooror allowsoilorcleanerresiduetoaccumulateonsealingsurfaces.
- Donotoperatetheovenifitisdamaged.Itisimportantthatheoven doorclosesproperlyandthathereisinodamagetothe: Door(bent).

FUNCTIONANDPURPOSE
This equipment is intended to be used for heating/cookingfreshor frozenfoodsincemmercialfoodserviceoperationsonly.Itisnot intended forhousehold,commerciallaboratoryuse.Indooruseonly.
UNPACKINGTHEEQUIPMENT
- Remove all packing material and tape, as well as any protective plastic from the unit.
- Checktheovenforanydamage, such as damaged door seals and sealingsurface, brokenloosedoor hingesandlatchesanddentsinsidetheovencavityoronthedoor.If thereisanydamage, donotoperatetheovenandcontactqualified servicepersonnel.
POSITIONINGANDCLEARANCERECQUIREMENTS
Forcorrectoperation, the oven must have sufficient airflow. Allow 8" (20cm) of space above the oven, 4" (10cm) at the back and 2" (5cm) one side. Don't cover or block any openings on the equipment.
SETUPTHEEQUIPMENT
- Placethemicrowaveovenonaflat,levelandstablesurfaceableto supportsweightandtheheaviestfoodlikelytobehated/cooked intheoven.
2.Donotplatzheovenwhereheat,moistureorhighhumidityare generated,ornearcombustiblematerials. - Themicrowavemustbecleanedpriortouse. See "cleaning" on page4.
- Plugtheovenintoagroundedelectricaloutletthatmatchesthe ratingonthenameplatefoundonthesideoftheven.
NOTICE:Usingavoltageotherthannameplateratedvoltage willcausedamagetothunit.Incorrectvoltage, modificationtothepowercordorelectricalcomponents candamageunitandwillvoidthewararranty.
- Makesurethepowersupplycorddoesnotrununderthevenor overanyhotorsharpsurface.
- The electrical plug must be readily accessible so it can easily unplugged in emergency.
- Aftertheovenispluggedin, a blue background light indicates the oven is ready for use.
