What is the optimal resolution of the monitor?
The optimal resolution is 1280 x 1024. A different resolution may result in a 'Resolution Error' message.
How to clean the LCD screen?
Use a dry soft, lint-free cloth. Never use liquid cleaner, solvent, or glass cleaner. This could damage the screen.
What to do if the screen displays 'No Signal'?
Check that the video cable is properly connected to both the monitor (INPUT1 or INPUT2 inputs) and the computer. Make sure the computer is on and the graphics card is working. Use the Auto Adjust function or the PROCEED button.
How to activate energy-saving mode?
The monitor automatically switches to energy-saving mode (power consumption < 3 W) when no video signal is detected or according to your computer settings. No manual action is required.
Can I mount the monitor on an articulating arm?
Yes, the base is removable. Remove the four screws on the back of the monitor after placing the screen face down. Use an approved VESA mount (for example from GS brand) to ensure stability.
