Note: Before using the floodlight, please carefully read the operating instructions and store them in a proper location!

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Always check the product for damage before use. Never use the product in case of any damage. If this is the case, please refer to an electrician or the manufacturer's service address.

Non-compliance poses a risk of fatal injury from electrical current!

1. Do not use the product in potentially explosive atmospheres - danger of death!
2. Keep the floodlight away from children. Children are not aware of the risks imposed by electric current
3. Only use the supplied power supply unit and cable to operate the device. Use of any other power supply unit can cause damage to the battery or an explosion!
4. Please never look directly into the light.
5. A destroyed protective cover cannot be replaced. The floodlight has to be disposed of.
6. The product is not IP54-compliant (dust-protected and protected against splashing water)

This LED floodlight is suitable for indoor and outdoor lighting purposes.

SETTING UP/ATTACHMENT OF THE LIGHT

The tilting angle of the light can be adjusted as necessary by means of the folding bracket. To do so, loosen the winged screws and retighten them after adjustment.

The light can be mounted on a Brennenstuhl tripod (not included in the scope of delivery).

SWITCHING THE LIGHT ON/OFF

Use the ON/OFF switch (A) to switch the light on. The light is now lit with 100% brightness. Press the switch twice to set the brightness to 50% and then 10% . This way, the lighting duration is respectively extended. To switch off the device, press the ON/OFF switch (A) again.

BLUETOOTH SPEAKER

To use the speaker via Bluetooth, press the Bluetooth switch (B) with the Bluetooth symbol on the back of the device: the blue LED over the Bluetooth switch (B) lights up.

Switch on the Bluetooth function on the smartphone: the light is displayed under "HB Blumo 2" in the selection list. Afterwards, activate HB Blumo 2 on the smartphone: There is an acoustic indication by the light in the form of a signal tone.

Any music on the smartphone can now be played via the speaker of the light. The volume is controlled via the smartphone.

To terminate the connection, deactivate "HB Blumo 2" on the smartphone: The light indicates it acoustically, in the form of a signal tone. The connection can also be terminated by switching off the Bluetooth function via the Bluetooth switch of the light (without acoustic signal).

BATTERY STATUS INDICATOR (C)

Indicates the current battery charge when the light is switched on. If all 4 LEDs are lit, the battery is fully charged. If the battery is almost empty, the LED light flashes 5 times and the battery status indicator flashes continuously. Afterwards, the light remains on for 5-10 minutes with reduced brightness before it is switched off by the deep discharge protection function. This ensures sufficient time to change the battery or complete work.

Power bank function:

This function enables charging of devices via USB cable with a charging current of up to 2000 mA (e.g. smartphones). To charge the target device, connect it with an USB charging cable to the USB charging port (D) under the transparent cover cap on the back of the device. After charging, reattach the cover cap.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

To ensure optimum function, we recommend fully discharging the integrated battery on the first use and fully charging it afterwards.

The charging port (E) is located under the transparent cover cap on the back of the device. Connect the charging port to the provided power supply unit and plug the power supply unit into a power socket.

The battery can also be charged with the provided vehicle charging cable (G).

The charging status of the battery is indicated by the battery status indicator (see description above). If all 4 LEDs are lit, the battery is fully charged.

The light can be used during the charging process. However, it is automatically set to 50% brightness and the charging duration of the battery is extended.

If the device is not used for longer periods of time, charge the battery at regular intervals of approx. 3 months to ensure a long service life.

After charging, always close the charging port with the cover cap.

Changing the battery:

Removal: Press the unlocking buttons with the middle finger and thumb and pull out the battery. Insertion: Align the electrical connections of the battery and press it in. If the battery is inserted correctly, it clicks into place.

MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION! The LED lamp does not contain components that require maintenance. The light source in this lamp cannot be replaced; if the light source has reached the end of its service life, the entire lamp has to be replaced. The lamp may not be opened.

CLEANING

Before cleaning, disconnect the floodlight from the mains power. Do not use solvents, caustic cleaning agents or similar products. Only use a dry or slightly moistened cloth for cleaning.

DISPOSAL

Electronic appliances must not be disposed of in household waste!

The European Directive 2012/19/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and its implementation on national law stipulate that used electronic appliances should be collected separately and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner. For possibilities of disposal of the used appliance, please contact your local or municipal administration.

Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of in the household waste!

As a consumer, you are legally obliged to hand in all batteries and accumulators at a collection point in your community/urban district or in the trade, so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner, otherwise there are possible risks to the environment and human health.
