SAFETY INFORMATION

• Carefully read these operating instructions before using the device.
• Do not use the light if it is damaged - danger of death. In this case, contact an electrician or refer to the specified service address.
• Do not look directly into the light.
• Never open the device.
• The light is protected against spray water. Do not immerse the light in water or any other liquids. Risk of explosion and fire!
• Keep the working light out of the reach of children. Children are not aware of the risks imposed by electric current.
• Do not use the working light in potentially explosive atmospheres - risk of death!
• To charge the batteries, only use the provided power supply unit.
• Please note that the product is only IP54-compliant (dust-protected and protected against splashing water) if the battery pack has been correctly inserted.

SETTING UP/ATTACHMENT OF THE LIGHT

The tilting angle of the light can be adjusted as necessary by means of the folding bracket. To do so, loosen the winged screws and retighten them after adjustment.

The light can be mounted on a Brennenstuhl tripod (not included in the scope of delivery).

SWITCHING THE LIGHT ON/OFF

Use the ON/OFF switch (A) to switch the light on. The light is now lit with 100% brightness. Press the switch twice to set the brightness to 50% and then 10% . This way, the lighting duration is respectively extended. To switch off the device, press the ON/OFF switch (A) again.

BLUETOOTH SPEAKER

To use the speaker via Bluetooth, press the Bluetooth switch (B) with the Bluetooth symbol on the back of the device: the blue LED over the Bluetooth switch (B) lights up.

Switch on the Bluetooth function on the smartphone: the light is displayed under "HB Blumo 1" in the selection list. Afterwards, activate HB Blumo 1 on the smartphone: There is an acoustic indication by the light in the form of a signal tone.

Any music on the smartphone can now be played via the speaker of the light. The volume is controlled via the smartphone.

To terminate the connection, deactivate "HB Blumo 1" on the smartphone: The light indicates it acoustically, in the form of a signal tone. The connection can also be terminated by switching off the Bluetooth function via the Bluetooth switch of the light (without acoustic signal).

BATTERY STATUS INDICATOR (C)

Indicates the current battery charge when the light is switched on. If all 4 LEDs are lit, the battery is fully charged. If the battery is almost empty, the LED light flashes 5 times and the battery status indicator flashes continuously. Afterwards, the light remains on for 5-10 minutes with reduced brightness before it is switched off by the deep discharge protection function. This ensures sufficient time to change the battery or complete work.

Power bank function:

This function enables charging of devices via USB cable with a charging current of up to 2000mA (e.g. smartphones). To charge the target device, connect it with an USB charging cable to the USB charging port (D) under the transparent cover cap on the back of the device. After charging, reattach the cover cap.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

To ensure optimum function, we recommend fully discharging the integrated battery on the first use and fully charging it afterwards.

The charging port (E) is located under the transparent cover cap on the back of the device. Connect the charging port to the provided power supply unit and plug the power supply unit into a power socket.

The battery can also be charged with the provided vehicle charging cable (G).

The charging status of the battery is indicated by the battery status indicator (see description above). If all 4 LEDs are lit, the battery is fully charged.

The light can be used during the charging process. However, it is automatically set to 50% brightness and the charging duration of the battery is extended.

If the device is not used for longer periods of time, charge the battery at regular intervals of approx. 3 months to ensure a long service life.

After charging, always close the charging port with the cover cap.

Changing the battery:

Removal: Press the unlocking buttons with the middle finger and thumb and pull out the battery. Insertion: Align the electrical connections of the battery and press it in. If the battery is inserted correctly, it clicks into place.
