USER MANUAL Comfortheat 99360 TREBS
WARNING: this product contains magnets. It can be harmful to those who have a pacemaker, defibrillator
or other medical implants. Failure to follow this warning can result in serious injury. CAUTION: handle with care. Always lay flat or fold carefully. Crushing or crimping of the heang wires can lead to premature failure
DANGER: to reduce the risk of burns, electric shock and fire, this product must be used in
accordance with the following instrucons. This pad may not be used by children under the age of 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilies or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been supervised/instructed and understand the hazards involved, they may use. Children shall not play with the pad. This is not a toy. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Children under the age of 3 may not use this pad due to their inability to react overheang.

2. Control that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on Ensure the rang plate of the pad.
3. Do not use while sleeping.
4. Do not use on children under 3 years.
5. This may not be used on or by an invalid, sleeping or unconscious person, or a person with poor blood
circulaon unless carefully aended.
6. Turn off the power when not in use and unplug the supply cord from the main outlet.
7. Keep dogs, cats and other pets away from the pad.
8. It’s for indoor use only
9. The pad has a heated surface so persons insensive to heat must be careful when using the pad. DO
NOT USE ON AREAS OF INSENSITIVE SKIN.
10. Burns can occur regardless of control seng so check the skin under the heang pad frequently.
11. Never use the heang pad without a cover in place.
12. Do not use pins or other metallic means to fasten this heang pad in place.
13. Do not sit on or crush the heang pad - avoid sharp folds.
14. Never pull this heang pad by the supply cord. And do not use the cord as a handle.
15. Carefully examine the inner cover before each use. Discard the heang pad if the inner covering shows
any sign of deterioraon.
16. This pad must not be used by persons sensive to heat and other vulnerable persons who are unable
to react to overheang.
17. When storing the pad, allow it to cool down before folding.
18. Do not crease the pad by placing items on top of it during storage.
19. This pad is not intended for medical use in hospitals.
20. Do not use when it is wet.
21. Too long use can result in skin burns, so be careful.
22. When connuous use; adjust always a low level.
23. The switch or control unit must not be allowed to get wet during washing or drying and make sure the
cord must be posioned to ensure that water does not flow into the switch or control.
24. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be rep
laced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
25. In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent reseng of the thermal cut-out, this pad must not be10
supplied through an external switching device such as a mer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the ulity.
26. When not in use, let the pad cool down before folding. Fold neatly but not ghtly (or roll) without
sharp bends in the heat element. Do not store other objects upon it.
27. Do not use the pad in areas of the body that are inflamed, injured or swollen. If in doubt, you
should seek medical advice before use. This also applies for diabec persons.
28. This pad can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilies or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the pad in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the pad. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
29. Do not leave packaging components (plasc bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) within the reach
of children, as it could be dangerous.
30. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
31. The cord should not come into contact with water or other liquids.
32. Do not place on or near a hot gas, electric burner or on ovens.
33. Never use the pad outside and always place it in a dry environment.
34. To avoid any risk of electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug, switch or pad in water or other liquid.
35. Never use the pad when it is wet. Do not use the electric pad while standing on wet surface or with

37. Prolonged use can cause burns on the skin. Cauon! Avoid to fall asleep while the warming
heang pad is in operaon.
Warning: Check the pad frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are such signs or if
the pad has been misused, it must be returned to the manufacturer or dealer for check prior to any further use.
1. If the mains cable is damaged, it should only be replaced at a repair workshop approved by
the manufacturer, as special tools are required for the repair.
2. Repairs to the electrical pad must be carried out only by trained personnel. Improper repair could
result in considerable risks for the user.
3. When the pad is not in use, the plug should be removed from the mains and the pad.
4. Unplug the cord from the mains:
- when malfuncon occurs during use - before cleaning - aer use and for storing
5. Do not operate the pad with a damaged cord, if it malfuncons or has been damaged in
any manner. Ask a (*) competent qualified electrician to check and repair it.
6. Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified electrician(*) to
avoid any danger. All repairs should be made by a competent qualified electrician(*). (*)Competent qualified electrician : aer sales department of the producer or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In any case you should return the pad to such electrician.11
USING INSTRUCTIONS Plug the heat and massage pad into a 220V-240V outlet.
Place the pad on your body as shown on the picture so it will fit your body perfectly and fasten it with the clip closure.
Turn on the switch of the controller’s backside and then select the desired heat or massage funcon on the front of the controller. IMPORTANT: if the heat indicators do not light up or stay on, unplug from the electrical outlet.
IMPORTANT: allow several minutes for the pad to preheat. If there is a red blinking “HIgh” light, this means an error has occurred. Unplug the pad from the outlet and inspect the condion of the cord and the funcon of your main outlet. If blinking connues, stop using the pad and contact the Trebs customer service. To apply heat, turn on the switch at the controller’s backside, then press the heat acvaon buon and select your desired temperature: HI, MED or LOW Press Low for low heat Press Med for med heat Press Hi for high heat To acvate the massage feature, turn on the switch at the controller’s backside, then press the massage acvaon buon to select your desired speed: Press 1x - low pulse - Press 4x - med steady Press 2x - low steady - Press 5x - hi pulse Press 3x - med pulse - Press 6x - hi steady Press OFF when stop using. The auto-off feature is included in the control on the heang pad. The auto- off allows to conserve energy by turning off aer 2 connuous hours of use. The massage feature will automacally shut off aer 15 minutes of use. IMPORTANT: the auto-off mer will reset aer a power outage.12 WASHING INSTRUCTIONS DISCONNECT THE POWER BY UNPLUGGING FROM THE MAIN OUTLET. NOTE: ONLY THE COVER IS WASHABLE! DO NOT WASH ABOVE 40°C. DO NOT WASH THE HEATING PAD! DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH. DO NOT WRING.
1. Unzip the cover on the side and then carefully remove the cover.
2. Wash the cover in warm water (40°C) on gentle cycle, tumble dry on medium heat
and remove quickly from dryer.
3. The heang pad can be hand washed in warm, soapy water. Hang to dry. Never
fasten the pad with pins.
