How to turn on and pair the HyperX Cloud Buds?

Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn on. For Bluetooth pairing, while off, press and hold the same button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue. Look for HyperX Cloud Buds in your device's Bluetooth settings.

What to do if the sound is low or distorted?

Check the volume of your device and the earphones. Make sure the ear tips fit properly in your ears. If the problem persists, reset the earphones (see reset question).

How to reset the HyperX Cloud Buds?

Press and hold the Power button and the Volume - button simultaneously for 7 seconds. The LED will flash blue twice then stay red for 1 second. The earphones will turn off automatically.

What is the actual battery life of the Cloud Buds?

The advertised battery life is 10 hours at 50% volume. It may vary depending on listening volume and codecs used. Full charging time is about 3 hours.

How to replace the ear tips?

Pull on the stabilizer flap to remove the ear tip. Place the new ear tip on the earphone nozzle, then pull the flap over the hook to secure it.

What does the LED flashing mean?

LED flashes blue once every 5 seconds: connection established. Blue every 2 seconds: searching for connection. Red/blue alternating: pairing mode. Red breathing: charging. Off: full charge.

Are Cloud Buds compatible with high-resolution codecs?

Yes, they support aptX and aptX HD codecs for better audio quality, as well as standard SBC.

How to use the multifunction button for calls?

One press: answer a call or end. Two presses: switch between two calls. Long press: reject an incoming call.

Can I use a single earphone at a time?

The Cloud Buds are designed for stereo use. Mono use is not officially supported. Both earphones must be paired together.

Fitting the HyperX Cloud Buds to your Ears

1. Insert ear tip into ear.

2. Tuck stabilizer flap into ear fold.

Changing Ear Tips

1. Remove original ear tip by gripping the stabilizer flap and stretching ear tip over the hook on the nozzle.

1. Place new ear tip on the nozzle of the ear bud.

1. Pull the stabilizer flap to stretch the nozzle over the hook

Hold for 2 seconds to turn on or off.

Bluetooth® Pairing

1. With the headset off, hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator will flash red and blue and a voice prompt will play.
2. On your Bluetooth® enabled device, search and connect to "HyperX Cloud Buds." Once connected, the indicator LED will flash blue every 5 seconds and a voice prompt will play.

Headset Charging

When the headset is connected to a charger with the USB charge cable, the status LED will indicate the charge status. The headset will take approximately 3 hours to fully charge.

Factory Reset

To perform a factory reset on the headset, hold the power and volume up buttons together for 7 seconds. The status LED will flash red and blue 2 times, followed by solid red for 1 second. At the same time, the headset will play two low beeps. After this, the headset will automatically turn off.
