How to turn the earbuds on and off?
To turn on, open the charging case. The earbuds turn on automatically. You can also turn them on by touching the touch sensor on each earbud for 3 seconds. To turn off, put them back in the case and close the lid, or touch the touch sensor for 8 seconds.

How to activate active noise cancellation (ANC) or ambient mode?
Use touch controls: on the right earbud, a long press toggles between ANC mode (default) and ambient mode. On the left earbud, three presses activate/deactivate game mode which activates ANC. You can also disable all noise control for better battery life.
What is the battery life of the earbuds according to mode?

What to do if an earbud does not connect or produces no sound?
Check that the earbuds are charged and on. Try placing them back in the case, close the lid, then reopen. If the problem persists, forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pair. Consult HyperX support if necessary.
How to clean the earbuds?
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the earbuds and ear tips. Do not use liquids or abrasive products. The ear tips can be removed and washed with warm, soapy water if necessary, but make sure they are completely dry before reattaching.
Can I use a single earbud?
Yes, you can use a single earbud. When you take an earbud out of the case, it connects automatically. The other will stay in the case and charge. Controls remain active on the earbud in use.
