Safety Instructions Please, take time to read well the instruction sheet before the first use and keep them for a future use. A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed. We refuse any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad manipulation.

1. Before use check that the voltage of your wall

outlet correspond to the rated voltage manner.

2. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged

cord or after malfunction or has been damaged in any manner.

3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced

by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Assembly Before assembling, please make sure that the switch is turned off and that the appliance is unplugged. Place the transparent lid (n°6 figure 1) on top of the bowl and fit them together. ENwww.livoo.fr Carefully unpack the cotton candy maker and remove all packaging materials Before using your cotton candy maker for the first time, wipe down the main unit, the metallic cup, and bowl with a non-abrasive cloth or sponge to clean any dust or loose materials. Clean the bowl and the transparent lid with hot soapy water. For optimum results, be sure to turn unit ON and allow it to run for at least 3-5 minutes before starting. This allows the unit to properly warm up before beginning to actually spin the cotton candy. Only add sugar to the extractor head when it has come to complete shop. Never use ingredients other than pure granulated sugar. This will cause clogging. DO NOT overfill the sugar receptacle.

1. Place the appliance on a flat, dry and stable surface.

2. Plug the unit and turn the power switch ON. Allow to run for at least 3-5 minutes before starting. If you

do not follow this step the unit will not preheat properly.

3. When the time is up, turn the unit off.

Wait until the cup comes to a complete stop and then add sugar to the metal cup. Use one measuring spoon at a time. To make cotton candy, add 1 spoonful of sugar (16g). Use only standard or specific sugar for cotton candy. The sugar should not spill out of the cup.

4. Turn the machine back on. Never pour sugar while the machine is running.

5. The machine will rotate and heat the sugar.

6. Once the cotton candy starts to form, scoop the cotton candy with a stick. Using a quick motion, scoop

the first layer of formed sugar by twisting your stick over the metal cup. Then holding the stick horizontally over the bowl, rotate it clockwise along the bowl. Continue twisting until the cotton candy is formed.

7. Once all the sugar has been used and all the cotton candy has been collected, turn off the machine.

Cleaning and maintenance The lid and measuring spoon are dishwasher safe. For the appliance: - Make sure the unit is unplugged and cooled before cleaning. - Remove the rotating metal bowl assembly by pulling straight up. Separate the bowl and clear cover. - Wash the bowl, lid and cup in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry. For the base of the unit, use a lightly dampened non-abrasive sponge or a non-abrasive towel. Dry.
